Biofreeze Pain Relief Spray, 4 oz. Aerosol Spray, Pack of 2, Colorless

I have used bio freeze before but is was just too messy. I did not enjoy putting my hands in the bio freeze as I was sure one day it would end up in an eye, or worse.The bio freeze really works, and I think the cold decreases my inflammation as the pain is reduced.Initially, I was concerned that the spray, without being rubbed in, might not work as well. Luckily, that has not been a problem.The idea of a spray is a great one (although some will drip down your back, so have a paper towel just in case) :)The fact I no longer have to get this product on my hands means I use it more frequently and thus I feel better.The product works to reduce pain and for me it works very well. I will be buying again, and only the spray! There are 2 different bottles, one metal and one softer plastic. I prefer this bottle (soft) because it allows you to spray 360 degrees. ...because he no longer has to put up with a VERY grumpy wife or hear me moan and groan in pain 24/7!A great friend of mine, staying with us for a few days, was using the Biofreeze 360 to treat her pain from arthritis, fibromyalgia, lupus, etc. I too suffer with the sameailments/ diseases, which all can cause unbearable pain. She offered to let me try it out on my hip, which by the way, needs replacing and my pain level was at a 7.I will not lie to you, I was quite skeptical and actually declined her offer multiple times before relenting. Well, I must say, this spray form of biofreeze is the best topical pain reliever I have EVER tried. (And let me tell you, I have tried just about everything on available on the shelf as well as, multiple rx pain prescriptions . Yeah, my rx pain patches work...somewhat, but they always fall off, so really what good is that!I digress...Biofreeze ROCKS and I am eagerly awaiting my 2nd Amazon order of biofreeze 360! The spray goes on evenly and within a minute the targeted begins to feel ice cold -so much so, it feels hot! About 10 minutes later,the cold heat passes, as does most of the menthol smell, giving way for the blessed numbness and relief deep deep down in the targeted joint or muscle.Oh, and the claims of the spray can being able to spray at ANY angle - yep, it works, even holding it upside down as I spray it on normally unreachable (to me) back. No more trying to contort my body into pretzel positions to get a little relief.

Recommended by my chiropractor. Safe to use several times a day. You never have to touch the product, since it is a roll on. Odorless once it's been on a few minutes and nearly odorless even as you apply it. Prompt, temporary relief to muscle and joint pain.

I've been using BioFreeze products for over 15 years, however, this was the first time purchasing the 360 degree form of the spray. In fact, the first one I received took a tremendous amount of hand strength to prime the start of the spray. Then it only lasted for a few applications on my shoulder. I called Amazon and they replaced with a new one. Sad to say...while this one was easier to start the spray, it, too, only lasted for a few applications. I've purchased the 16 oz pump spray multiple times and put into a BioFreeze 4 oz. spray bottle I've had on hand, and it lasts MUCH longer than a few uses, so I know how long 4 oz usually lasts. Unfortunately, this 360 presentation is a huge waste of money, even if it allows for 360 degree use. FYI, my 4 oz bottle, when full, works upside down, so what I thought would be an easier product packaging to use, the result for me was that it was a waste. More money must have gone to the "convenient" 360 packaging since I get more uses from my 4oz spray than this product and for much less money, especially when I buy the large spray and use it as a refill for the 4 oz. Bio Freeze works like a charm, but the 360 isn't worth the price.

Great for pain relief. I love the spray because I don't like getting biofreeze on my hands. I just spray it on my back and it works!You can get the gel, but I don't like this stuff all over my hands, because it could get in my eyes. Excellent product for anyone with sore back or anything else. Acts like icing without the work so you can use it anywhere. I give this to everyone who comes over who has pain and they then go out and buy it. It's the only thing that works for them. Most chiropractors have it too. Wish they still made Traumeel creme, that's what we used to rub into the muscle and then this on top.

Excellent topical pain relief; better relief than Sombra (which comes in roll-on and gel forms), as well as various arnica gels and creams because of 10.5% menthol. It works in seconds, certainly less than a minute, and affords as much pain relief as a 20-30 min application of ice. The Biofreeze spray has helped with a variety of ortho conditions, including strains, sprains, tendinitis, chronic shoulder pain from severe traumatic arthritis, etc., making me more comfortable during the day and helping me sleep at night. I also sometimes awaken in pain and it's quick and easy to reapply.The Biofreeze spray is convenient to use because you can spray to almost any area of the body, without dealing with a messy cream or gel that requires you to wash your hands afterward. It is helpful to cover the area with a quick spray, otherwise spray will run down from the area applied. The Biofreeze roll-on is better in this respect, but in order to use the roll-on, you have to be able to reach the painful area to apply.

I was introduced to thi by my massage therapist after a debilitating back injury. This product surpasses any I have used including prescription meds for the pain in my back. It is fact acting without leaving an odor as the odor quickly dissipates. I have used and recommended this product for many years. It is five stars in my book.
