RockTape H2O Edge Highly Water-Resistant Kinesiology Tape with Travel Case

I've been using KT tape until now but will be switching to this from now on. Better in terms of adhesion (easily lasts 4-5 days and sometimes up to 7) and water resistant (daily shower has virtually no impact on its adhesion).Only downside is you have to pull a little harder to take it off which can be a bit painful for those of us with a bit more hair!

I love it. I had meniscus surgery and physical therapy would put this on my knee. I had to continue to use it.I can feel the pull back. That sense of something is working with my knee.And Ive learnes to put it on like they do so it doesn't buckle. I use it on my back and arm as well.

As soon as I started sweating the tape started peeling the tape felt wet and the sticky side was no longer sticky. Living in Az this product didn't hold up in a 2 hour tennis match. Definitely not water resistant so it will not last 2 to 3 days on your body

Have tried different brand this one is one ofbm the worse ones. Doesnt stick that well. The material feels a bit weird and unlike other it caused me to itch. Not worth the price. Better off with KT Tape brand.

Love that it helped the pain in my foot while running but only a couple of the strips were sticky enough to last a couple days. Some of the strips didn't even last one 3 mile run before it was falling off of my foot. I made sure to rub it really well to get a good stick and it just didn't hold up.

Been using rock-tape for quite some time, and decided to switch it up and try the pre-cut version (been primarily using the twist & cut). Applied 3 pieces today on my shoulder...it's been less than 3 hours, and 2 of the pieces have completely lost adhesion on about an inch from the edge (Anyone who has used this stuff knows that when the ends start to come up, the tape is basically done.) I've used products that were pre-cut at half the price which lasted for at least 24 hours....3 hours (on multiple pieces) is just not acceptable. The standard version of this product easily gets me 3 days of use, a few hours is borderline useless. 2/5

I’ve used the tape three time for three different sports on my 14 year old. No hair legs. And the tape has came off every time before the games even started. Came off in soccer during warmups no contact. Came of in football, the pants rubbed the tape off in 20 minutes. In basketball barely made it thru warm ups before it came undone. The adhesion sucks. I used it the same way as kt tape. Same rub down to activate the adhesive. And it failed badly. Again no hair on legs same as the kt tape. I’m very dissatisfied

It’s an average quality of kinesiology tape. Much overly priced for such a small roll.
