I love these ketone testing strips. I am on a very low carb diet and i use these test strips daily to make sure I am not going over my carb limits. The one one the left is from a national pharmacy, $15 for 50 strips. The right one is Vali 8$ for 125. It seems the pharmacy brand is better made and a little more accurate, but the result is basically the same. Save some bucks. (Expiration date on the Vali’s is 2022).

It's definitely picking up something...if I run it in water vs. actual sample. And colors do differ depending on how long and how serious I am on keto diet. But the color don't ever really match what's on the bottle, so it's not exactly accurate. However, it is still motivating to get some feedback about where your body is at. So having that data helped me to stay on keto b/c I knew it was doing something. And I did lose weight.

These are smartly packaged in a tube so I can throw them in my work bag and take them with me for use throughout the day. I’m very happy with the results and simplicity of use. No indication of inaccuracies but if you are over hydrated, you won’t show ketones or will show very low ketones. I’m very happy with my purchase and I will purchase again.

These are easy to use. At first I was afraid that they weren't accurate and that they would all say I was burning the same amount of ketones, but after a cheat day, I did see my number drop and then rise over the next few days so I am confident in their ability. Very useful, and quick and easy

They are urine test trips testing for ketones. Instruction are simple and on the bottle. Dip stick in urine, WAIT 40 seconds and compare against the color chart on the bottle. Be sure to have a timer or a watch with a second hand in order to measure 40 seconds for best accuracy.Also, expiration date is greater than a year. Also important for accuracy.

I am extremely satisfied with the quality and value of VALI Ketone strips. I had purchased other brands in the past and it seemed like they lost their sensitivity quickly, as if they were old when I got them. These are still giving consistent reads, and they were less costly than ones from my drugstore.
