I received this product today, and the bag it was in as well as all of the individual boxes inside have an extremely strong smell of deodorizer/cleaning chemicals, as if someone sprayed the product heavily with febreeze. After touching one box of the product for only a few seconds, my hand smelled like deodorizer. There is no possible way we could eat product that has obviously been contaminated. Because it is a food item, it is also not eligible for us to return despite being contaminated. I would recommend finding this product somewhere else so you know it is handled properly.

I make "vegan lasagna for 2" from vegan richa pretty much every single week. These lasagna noodles are incredible. First of all they are extremely easy to work with as they are ready to go in the oven and you dont have to boil them. Secondly, they do not taste beany or lentily despite being entirely made up from lentil flour. The lasagna just tastes like regular lasagna!!! I could not be happier with this product and honestly very grateful it exists. I buy these all the time now!

I love everything about these noodles. They're super easy to use, and if you don't know they're lentil noodles you'd NEVER suspect it. They taste and feel just like normal lasagne noodles. I buy them in bulk because I love them so much!The thing to be careful of is that they need PLENTY of sauce on top. If any of the noodle is exposed it will get hard, burn, taste and smell horrid. So make sure to cover them with yummy sauce and cheese!

I used these lasagna noodles for the first time last night. I’ve included a picture of the finished product along with what the noodles look like before use. I was very happy with the result and that I can actually have lasagna again. It’s been several years. I have celiac and the lasagna that we had last night was just delicious. Even better the second day. You’ll notice that the pasta out of the box is a pea green color but this fades to a regular pasta color as it bakes. One of the reviewers complained of an odor and chemical smell. I did not experience this. There was a very very very slight after taste that would be easily disguised by using more sauce and spices. I think you could feed this to dinner guests and they would never know the difference. All in all I thought this was an excellent product and I will use it again.

Made a delicious vegetarian lasagna for my family and told no one about my noodle switch and no one noticed! These are ready to use right out of package with no prep and cook up deliciously with your sauce. Noodles have a slight green appearance before cooking but when serving they weren't noticeable at all. My kiddos can be picky so I was thrilled with the finished product. We are trying to phase out white flour, sugar and these are a wonderful alternative. Will definitely buy again and look forward to trying other products. Just use a generous amount of sauce. I make an easy sauce with canned fire roasted tomatoes, fresh garlic and herbs.

I always soak each of the GF lasagna pasta sheets in a hot water bath for about 60 secs..... before starting to construct the layers. I've used the brown rice variety before ... it's great to have a higher protein product as an option.

We have twice made lasagna with this pasta. If served to one who did not know the pasta was made with green lentil, it would be difficult to taste or see any difference. This is a great product and we will continue to use it whenever we make lasagna. Great for anyone with a gluten intolerence or simply eliminating gluten from their diet. (Jeannie’s lasagna is fantastic.)

I use these lasagna noodles all the time. They do NOT need to be pre-boiled. Just layer them right in with everything else. No one even notices that they're made of lentils. They just seem like regular noodles, but they're SO much healthier! (I make lasagna with layers of eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, shredded carrots, red bell pepper, onions, cheese and ground turkey. Yum!)

These lasagna noodles were a delightful surprise. They come in flat rectangles so we found them easier to fit in our pan than the long, wavy-edged noodles. And I hadn’t realized they are oven-ready - what a wonderful surprise. They cooked beautifully and resulted in a lasagna that tasted exactly like my recipe using regular noodles. While the price seems expensive, we got a lot out of one package. Highly recommend and have already purchased again.

I made a spinach/artichoke/cheese lasagna with this pasta. It tasted just right with this mixture and was easy to use as there wasn’t any precooking of the pasta. Due to putting the pasta in uncooked I ensured that my filling and cheese sauce was a little loose to provide the moisture needed to cook the noodles. The best part is they are grain free. Even though I’m trying to stay gluten free, I want to reduce any grain in my diet further and this pasta works for this.

This is so tasty, it totally surprised me. Do not need to cook the lasagna sheets, so it makes it very easy to put together. It was incredibly delicious and quick to make. Buying again!

Normally lentil pasta gives off its own strong flavour but these didnt. My husband and toddler happily ate these and didn’t realize the noodles weren’t traditional wheat noodles. They are organic and allergen friendly! So impressed

Even my non Veggie Husband had no idea his lasagna was made from lentils. One box was only good for making one lasagna, so good thing I bought 2 boxes. Will be buying again for sure. You do need to boil these before baking.
