Very refreshing scent
The scent did not stay on all day - which I expected, all-natural products tend to be that way. But the scent was lovely and refreshing and not overpowering. Perfect to use in the morning before leaving the house for an energy boost during my commute. The seller also included a handwritten thank-you note!

Vicks Vapor Rub but as a perfume! Ugh.
If I could get over the crumbly and poorly-mixed consistency in favor of an amazing sage scent, that would've been nice. But unfortunately this just smells a lot like Vicks vapor rub but not even as good. Like, menthol-free vicks vapor rub. I'm sorry, this was an absolute miss for me and I regret my purchase.

Really wanted to love these....
These solid perfumes sounded great, and I really wanted to love them, but they weren't quite what I was expecting. I know that fragrance is a very subjective thing, so what one person loves, another will hate, so this is just my opinion. I ordered 3 of these: Coastal Pine, Desert Cedar and Redwood Mist.First off, I'm not nuts about the containers. They very tiny and flimsy, and it's hard to get the perfume out as the top inevitably falls off.Secondly, the solid perfume in 2 of the tins was kind of dried up, and it was difficult to even get any on my finger. I have to really dig in there and then of course I get chunks of it. I like solid perfumes, but normally they're a bit creamier and easier to apply. As for the fragrances themselves, my favorite was the Coastal Pine, which has a nice Pine scent, although it's a bit sharp. The Redwood Mist scent was o.k., but not something I'm really nuts about as it has a bit of a chemically unpleasant smell to it. And I really don't like the Desert Cedar, which smells just like acrid pencil shavings to me; I generally like Cedar fragrances, but this one is very sharp and not pleasant at all.Again though, fragrances are very subjective, and it's always risky ordering them online, so while these weren't terrible, I wouldn't order any of them again.

Glad I tried it.
I really like the Juniper Ridge brand, so I try to support them by buying their products. Love that they are chemical-free. I had never smelled this scent before, so I took a chance and bought it. I think it has an earthy, plant-like smell which is not bad but not great. My wife thinks it vaguely smells like beets, which she has no problem with. I've been using it as both a cologne and beard balm. It helps to tame some of the flyaways if you have a bushy beard. The first day I thought the smell was so-so. It has grown on me and I like it more now after wearing it for a while. I would say that this is a heavier scent, closer to their Big Sur scent if you have ever used that one. This is suitable for men, probably a bit too strong for women. I will continue to support the company and try some of their other scents as well.

Smells good. Very very small though.
Smells good. Just very small box. I got others for slightly more and got like 3-4x more. Hopefully it lasts. Smaller than a matchbox. Half a thin too.

Offensive, medicinal smell
Bought the white sage scent. Was expecting a smell similar to sage. That is not what I got. What I got was a small tin of VERY medicinal smelling and a vague olive smell. Terrible, would not buy again or recommend.

Not Pine Fragrance
Doesn't smell anything close to pine. Not a bad smell, just not pine.

I had been looking for sage and pine fragrances forever- I love these scents!
Only wish they'd last a little longer. (I'm wondering if the bottled liquid versions might last longer than the solids?) There sure are some ridiculous reviews on here that are way off and not at all what I think of any of these. I think these fragrances are spot-on for what they are supposed to be. I grew up going to Colorado a lot, and I've wanted to find a sage that I could wear since I used to visit Santa Fe frequently. Yes, fragrance is subjective, but these get a big, big thumbs-up from me!
