It went black the 1st time I used it and the instructions have been typed out as there is a few spelling mistakes and some of it don’t make sense

Was sent an obviously used oily griddle
Disgusting ! Griddle was obviously a return as it had oil in the oil tray, cardboard packaging also had oil on it, the stickers on the front of the grill had oil stains, the hot plate was sticky and had what looked like food residue in the corner. Begrudgingly cleaned it all off and tried it, discolouration on first use. Quite heavy, self explanatory so didn't need instructions disappointed in the standard of cleanliness especially in times of a pandemic.

Faulty equipment
I bought two of these and they both broke within a short space of time. One just trips out the socket and the other the light comes on but doesn’t heat. I’ve messaged the supplier to see what they are willing to do and will update accordingly. A waste of money as it stands

Some parts are not well done.
Good state of working, but is build in a unrefined way. You can easily cut yourself on some sharp edges, and the tray is literally falling apart if you don’t pay attention.

Works amazing but come damaged
Come all dented on back plate and my plug was all bent on pins I went to return it to get another one then it was going to take another two possible 3 weeks to get another one so kept it due to the disrespect on time absolutely descusted

This item has loads of dirty scratches it looks terrible I'm supposed to open my shop tomorrow but I can't now
