Better choose an extract instead of this powder
This is a non-extracted mushroom product. What most people do not know is that 80% of people have trouble digesting mushrooms, so they will not benefit (in the therapeutic sense) from a mushroom supplement.It is more safe to choose an extract with a clear indication of what the active ingredients are and how much are present.
