We amuse ourselves watching the slightest hint of cloud cover stopping this working or causing it to splutter and splurt. I'll be honest, I had pretty low expectations and they were spot on.Was it worth the price? Probably. Just for the laughter at how rubbish it is if nothing else!Is it good? No. It's really not very good, but then it is a cheap solar-powered water fountain, so what can you really expect!?!

This does just as expected really. It comes with a wide variety of nozzles to change the spray height and pattern. The only drawback for me is that when the sun is strong it is so powerful it empties the birdbath as the fountain splashes out of the bath. In general I am very happy with it. Be aware it only works in the sun, it does not charge up in the sun, so on a dull day it will be a trickle or or nothing.

The fountain works well in the sun and has a great range of heads. Our only problem is that it is not easy to anchor and keeps being blown to the edge of our barrel pond where the jets of water blow over the side and empty the pond.

This took no time to set up. I did it on a sunny day and placed it in the bird bath. Initially there was a fountain of water but after a very short time it just started spurting erratically until it was sort of just slightly bubbling over. It moves around all over the place and you can't weigh it down because then it won't work as it needs to be sitting on the water. The birds wouldn't have gone anywhere near the bird bath with it inside. I tried to fit it into a pot that had a tighter fit so it wouldn't move around all the time. That didn't work either. Has been boxed back up and put in the cupboard where it will no doubt sit until I have a clear out.

We used this in a small pond and it works provided you have direct sunlight on it.A little disappointed you don’t hear the water trickling sound as it’s in the garden so the effect is mostly visual. Plus this is probably best suited to a tiny garden- effect lost in a larger space.

Really good product,works well and all the different adapters work great. The only issue I have is the suction cups don't work so it keeps moving around the birdbath and running out of water as it can't recirculate as the water goes over the edge of the birdbath. But apart from that. Good product.
