I love aromatherapy and love the sometimes dramatic effect that the right scents can have on mood and atmosphere, so I am super picky about scents. Scent blends, in particular, can be very tricky, but can be so much more effective than single oils. To me, this blend hits all the right notes when it tickles my nose.It's a soothing combination of essential oils. The overall scent is hard to specifically describe except to say that it smells quite lovely.After opening the bottle and smelling the blend, I was surprised to see peppermint and eucalyptus oil among the ingredients. Those two oils normally overpower with their pungent, forward scents, but in this blend, they take a nice back seat to the softer citrus notes from the lemon oil while imparting their noted power to help with focus and clarity - the eucalyptus being more evident than the peppermint. I keep sniffing to find the cinnamon, but it is not evident on its own, just as an undertone.To the part of the label on the bottle that says, "Inspires feelings of clarity, focus and optimism," I would add calmness. To me, it's overall a very calming scent.I'm very happy with this blend.

This oil has a nice scent and I can smell the various different oils. The product page says it contains a blend of lemon, eucalyptus, peppermint, cinnamon and grapeseed oils and I can detect the lemon, and eucalyptus especially. I put a few drops of this oil in my diffuser along with a carrier oil (safflower) and it emitted a delightful scent. I will be using this oil mainly in my diffuser since there really isn't enough to scent my handmade soaps with.

I have been enjoying this blend in the morning while I read the news and prepare for my day. It helps clear my mind while I wait for the caffeine to kick in so I can start my day productively.

Even though the ad says "You can smell the aroma directly from the bottle or diffuse the oil in a diffuser to transform your atmosphere" I would not diffuse this essential oil blend. The 1st ingredient is grapeseed oil, which is a carrier oil for essential oils. That makes it safe for skin, but not an essential oil for diffusing.I tested its safety for diffusing by doing a purity test, even though I already saw that grapeseed oil was the main ingredient. An easy method to test if your oil is pure is by comparing it to a reputable brand such as "NOW." Included with this review are pictures of the test. A drop of each oil was placed on a sheet of paper and a hair dryer was used to evaporate the oil. Pure orange oil from "NOW" evaporates completely from the paper leaving no stain while the "Ethereal Realm" brand leaves a stain.The scent is wonderful, I will admit :-) I added this straight to a roller ball and it the oil rolled out uniformly and smelled great. There is a lot of grapeseed oil, and just a touch of fragrance, which is typical for essential oils that are pre-blended. The scent lingers just for a while, leaving you uplifted and refreshed. The peppermint oil is probably the most pronounced scent of the blend. The product comes in an amber bottle with a dripper hole lid.Again, I would not diffuse this product, but I did find it skin safe. I love this scent. It's good for my sinuses and is generally a happy scent, a real mood lifter. The blend contains lemon, eucalyptus, peppermint, cinnamon and other oils and you can smell all of them. The blend has a mix of scents that are both warm and cool, homey and fresh. Best of all, the price is very good for a blend this good with oils that last. I'd be happy to use this in my diffuser again, believe me.

Not at all what it is advertised to be/do. Haven't noticed any difference in "mental clarity". Has zero smell. I wouldn't buy again.

Over the last year I've really gotten into using essential oils and I've found that using my diffuser can definitely affect my mood. After trying a lot of oil blends with various labels, I've pretty much lowered my expectations that they'll do exactly what they'll say so I wasn't all that surprised that this one didn't particularly deliver on its "Clarity" name. It smells okay - I like pretty much anything with cinnamon, I like lemon and I think eucalyptus is fine in small doses. All blended together, I didn't find they did a lot for me though. The scent was a little muddy and when I could pick out specific notes, it didn't make me feel any more alert than usual. It definitely wasn't as pleasant as the various florals or single-note fruity oils in my collection.This is a reasonable value for an essential oil blend but there are others that would likely give you more pleasure.

This combination of oils smell great together. No complaints there. No complaints at all really. It is in a base of grapeseed oil, so it's not 100% essential oils, but that's not a problem or surprising at this price point. The quality of the oils appears to be really good, and because it's diluted already, if you're putting it on your skin, you can do that straight from the bottle. It's has an invigorating and relaxing scent.
