First, the camera did not arrive with the USB receptacle that the instruction booklet said should be included. No matter, right? I have more USB receptacles than I can count.Set up was fairly standard and easy. You download the app, plug in the camera, and connect to your wifi. Took all of five minutes and I was watching video of myself in 3rd person on my phone. The app is not the most intuitive and was difficult to figure out how to use -- and I say that as a millennial. I don't usually struggle with apps or general technology.My biggest issue was that the time on the camera was 12 hours ahead (Hello, Taiwan!) and I couldn't find anyway to correct it. This meant that, after noon each day, I could not receive any new video alerts because the app (my phone) would not accept video for the next day. Then everything from the previous afternoon would upload after midnight.This may not be enough to be a deal breaker, but the app made it so difficult to identify and diagnose -- but not correct -- this issue. I kept the camera pointed outside my place from inside my window. At night the night vision LEDs created a reflection on the glass and so video was impossible. There was no option to turn off the LEDs of the night vision. On top of that, the camera was unable to pic up certain movements, such as when I walked outside, got in my car, and drove away -- these are actions that were directly within sight line of the camera, but would fail to trigger a video or action alert.It's a decent little camera with good picture and I'm sorry things didn't work out between us. But you gotta fall in love with the sound of your feet walking away from the things you no longer need in your life -- and all that. I'm returning this camera.

I love that it connected to my WiFi so easily and the picture is literally so clear and also the audio it’s great, dislike is that I can rotate the view through my phone like my other cameras. I also Don’t really understand how to make it stick to the wall, or stick to the wall without it moving the camera angle due to gravity

I have never used this as a baby monitor but got it as a “nanny cam” to watch my daughter and the sitter at our house while I was at work.. lol. It shows a wide range of the room and is pretty clear, you can zoom in on your phone easily with it and picks up sound pretty well. You can also talk through it which is cool. It does freeze up sometimes but is probably due to my WiFi. I wouldn’t recommend use as a baby monitor full time but for what I bought it for it works great.

Blown away with the video quality for the price! I bought this to check in on my dogs when I’m traveling and love it so far. The picture is clear and being able to send audio over it is another perk! I haven’t purchased the storage option yet but only use it for live video. However I did look at storage pricing and it was very reasonably priced

I love this camera! I use it to keep an eye on my pet during the day and while I’m on vacation. The most difficult part was setting up my WiFi connection properly to connect. However after that it was smooth sailing. It’s been 30 days since my purchase. I had the free 30 day cloud video service. I ended up purchasing another 6 months of the cloud video service because it was so great. I could look back at what my pup was doing after I left for work. Awesome product. Great price. I will be buying another camera soon.

Decent video but the camera was loose so I had to sit in a position I did not want also they did not sent a wall plug only received a cord to power device that caused me to have to go buy one ore use my cellphones

It does show a nice pic, either in HD or SD Only thing is, don't put it looking out of a window at night. the front lights on the camera glare in the window and no picture. It's useful in daylight. The app isn't the best when it comes to signing out because it seems that it doesn't remember the password at all, even if you type in the correct one.
