Love the fact that this hangs down along the side instead of sticking out straight like most. Less strain on the outlet and keeps the cord a little less of a trip hazard.

I use this when I connect to a standard 110 outlet with an extension cord by using a 30amp to 110v dog bone. I also use it as a backup for my primary RV power cord because I can use it with an RV extension cord. I like the 90 degree angle on the connection to reduce the stress in the outlet.

Locking ring is only weak part, otherwise works well

I think it’s a great buy so far. Haven’t had an issue yet. I like the the fact that it takes the stress off of the twist lock

My shore power connection burned out. I'm just going to replace that part later instead of buying a whole new cable. Because I'm plugged into the house I had a dogbone converting the 30amp to 15amp. Now I just plug my heavy duty extension directly into this.

It seems pretty good, the one issue I have is it doesn't hang directly down, it is twisted a little. now I don't know if that is because of this plug, or the plug on my trailer, either way it is inconvenient and kinda defeats the purpose of this plug.

I use this to keep my batteries charged on my trailer. Since I don't have a 30 amp recepticle at home. This cord allows me to to use a short extenxtion cord to get power to my trailer. So far it has held up outside for more than a year. It is also alot cheaper to replace than the power cord that comes with the trailer, so i can keep my orginal 30 amp cord out of the elements and reduces any wear and tear on it.

instead of draging out big cord when parked at home a light extension cord is all i need now

Great to help keep the tension off the trailer connector, and help avoid walking into it when you only have 15A power.

This adapter does a nice job of helping to reduce the strain on my twist-lock receptacle on the trailer. The locking collar does not seem to match a very common thread pitch and the collar itself is quite flimsy. This is still better than using the heavy cord unsupported for light-duty work but absolutely does NOT replace your 30A cord for normal use.
