Yummy!
These cookies are my absolute addiction...they are absolutely DELICIOUS! I don't get them often because they are almost $7/bag. I think $5 is a reasonable price for the cookies, but needless to say...I will still treat myself to a bag every now and again.

new favorite cookie! bonus that it's GF!
I'm not a fan of "sweets". I prefer salty things over sweet. However, I tried these at a friends house and after eating a few, asked for her recipe. She laughed and showed me the bag they came in. They are so buttery and perfect amount of crisp and melt in your mouth. I didn't know I liked ginger until I ate these. Who knew gluten-free could be so yummy! Thank goodness they come with 2 packaged sections in each bag... or I might eat an entire bag without noticing!

Lemon Cookies Good For Making Pie Crusts
These do not appeal to me by themselves at all. However, they are so lemony and crumbly, it was easy to use them for a pie crust. Paired with a nice chocolate cooked pudding/pie filling, these are yummy! Even a dark chocolate pie filling would be nice these are just so lemony tasting. Not a great cookie...but yeah, fabulous when paired with pudding. So Four stars...should be three since I had to find a way to pair them with something.

Gluten people must try this cooking
It's the usual Tates crispiness but with pieces of crystallized ginger tucked in. It's just as good or better than any gluten cookie I've had.

I love these cookies!
My favorite ginger cookies! Crispy but not hard. I love them alone or dunking them in milk. There are chunks of chewy candied ginger in them which I surprisingly really LIKE!Problem is they are SO GOOD that they don't last long!

Pretty Good but too pricey.
I like these a lot but not for $6.50.Also, I think they would do a lot better with shredded ginger or even shredded candied ginger, rather than the cubes of hard candy ginger, which just doesn't jive right for me ..but may for others. With the way this cookie is crispy, I just don't like those cubes of hard candy ginger. They're not glass hard but they don't get soft or melty when dunked in tea, like a chocolate chip would, for example. Also they were priced for$5 in my cart but suddenly became unavailable and when they reemerged, they were suddenly $6.49.So I'm going to make my gluten free ginger snap cookies, which are much tastier ...and also sit well for me, due to price ... And then I have control over how much sugar is being put in, as well. Now, if they made a sugar-free gluten-free Ginger snap, I may pay $?6.49 for those. But probably not often. However, compared to other gluten-free ginger cookies I find out there, I like most of the consistency and size of these cookies best; just not for the price.

Worthy of the tates brand
Very refreshing lemon taste on these guys. I am not a big fan of lemon baked goods but I love how refreshing these are. They thin and crispy side of cookies almost wish they were more like traditional shortbread cookies but that's just part of the adjustment to gluten free.
