Good for cleaning limescale from kettles, Overall it's great value for money.

I usually use a tea spoon or two in my kettle and then boil twice and rinse it out twice the kettle looks good as new, though I wouldn't advise anyone to use Vinegar because it over flows when boiling and makes a mess.

Well you certainly couldn't fit any more into the packet that's for sure. Absolutely full to the brim. The crystals themselves are about the size of granulated sugar granules.The product is good and I'm sure I will find many recipes calling for its use. It can be used in both cooking and cleaning as well as many drinks.I love lemon sherbet and as I haven't been able to go into my local shopping area thought I'd have a go at making my own. You only need a small amount of citric acid mixed with caster sugar and a tiny drop of powdered food colouring. I found the recipe on the internet. Belatedly I saw that you're also meant to add jelly crystals and bicarb which I didn't have to hand. Not sure I will be making it again as I much prefer the sweet shop version and I think I need a better recipe.Next I will be having a go at making a Blood Orange Squash which sounds yummy.

I live in a hard water area, I use this to descale my kettle and sink area works really well 👍
