These briefs are soft. I liked using these briefs on my son enough to use them while there were no better options. My child struggled with many diapers because of having big thighs (hips) and a regular size waist. The way these are designed one can partially rip the sides to better fit larger thighs. One issue we had was with the coverage. These shifted out of place often and lead to poops not being fully contained and as a result we had several pants and shorts needing washing. Sometimes he would have pee blowouts when laying on his side. Second issue was with the fibers sticking to his privates and creating a web sealing his member shut. It was important to pull this off with every change. These issues weren’t present with the Natural Blossom briefs which has a similar design. Natural Blossom began delivering in our area and their design stabilizes the brief so there is little to no shifting of the diaper. The Natural Blossom briefs can also be partially torn to accommodate large thighs and do not leave fibers on my son. The Natural Blossom briefs are how we know we did not create the shifting issue by partially tearing the sides. Otherwise these are wonderful soft briefs that my son was happy to wear until an alternative became available.

I can’t really tell where front and where is back, ordered size 7 for my toddler, I tried both sides it still leaked on sides between inner thighs and not as wide as it is claimed to be, they similar to pampers slip on, just bit softer but these dypers super overpriced!
