I always try to look to the root of my symptoms. I’ve been struggling with “adrenal” fatigue” for a few years now. (That alone is a complicated mess of bodily dysfunction.) lately I’ve been having bad mood swings - seemingly related to my cycle… but more in line with depression and lack of motivation.I went from don’t feel like doing anything / depressed to … I think I might be getting my life back in like a month…My thoughts are that my liver filters out all the hormones that my “dysfunctional” body was making and my liver needed some help. Not a dr. So I don’t know. But I sure feel better.I also continued to take natures sunshine lower bowel stimulator to keep the waste moving.For example. In mid February my best friend planned a super fun trip with our best girlfriends to a cute town and boutique hotel for our joint birthday. She (and I) both worried that I wouldn’t want to go. To be honest I really didn’t feel like it. I never felt like doing anything! And never could muster up any energy! Ugggh.Well right after the trip I started taking liver balance recommended to me and purchased from my locally owned health food store.Fast forward to the end of March. I organize (for months and month.. so I’m tired) an early morning event at the end of March. The week before the event my hubby rides in a st Patrick’s day parade. Let me tell you that I was in such a good mood, and had so much more energy that not only did we work half a day on Friday loading beads and cabbages, but went out to dinner with his family, we’re out late, got up early the next morning dressed up and drank and partied all day on the float got home late … and I was still happy and motivated on Sunday to go meet up with a work client.

Seems to help with bloating and energy. My feeling of nausea and vomiting had stopped along with my dry, itchy skin. Love this product.

I even called Natures Sunshine’s HQ Product person to make sure I wasn’t being confused with this product & their regular Liver Balance which seems to have almost the same mgs per serving, but would have to take lots more capsules-😝 Noticed that my moods are more stable so it’s doing the trick :-)

Seems to be a very good quality, effective TCM. Would buy again. Faster delivery via Amazon.
