I literally bought this for myself for my birthday because my grandma has the same one and hers worked so well. I use this for everything and it does a great job!

Work well but the design could be smarter
The steam is very powerfull, it's nice to have this big water tank as well.However the fact that the steamer pistol holder is fixed on the hanger is not great, especially when you want to do the top, and then the pants, you have to hold the steamer pistol while switching the clothes on the hanger.Also, you have to turn around the machine, or turn the all machine around to do the back and front of your clothes. Would have been better with a rotating axe.For the value it's overall good and will do the job.

Is. Good steamer but sometimes leaks the clothes.But heats very well and fast.

Not as good as a traditional iron
It’s very easy to use and will have your clothes looking spruced within about 30 seconds. Much easier to use than an iron but it’s not a replacement for one. That being said I’ve used it multiple times per week.

Easy for a 92 year old to use. Only used it a few times but I am really liking it.

Poor longevity
Owned for 10 month. Used a maximum on 10 times. Is not producing enough steam. Followed. Manual instructions with no improvement. Poor longevity.
