If you read my reviews you will see I have done many on vitamins and supplements. You will also see that I have been on a diet forever it seems ! But I for one, do like my vitamins and supplements and can feel a difference when I don't take them. That's to say after many years I have learned the duds vs. what really works. About 3 weeks ago a girlfriend told me about carb blockers from white kidney beans and I was thinking poor child, she is on her new fad ! She knew I was familiar with vitamins and supplements and asked me to just check it out because she was very happy with her results and she also knew I had reached a weight plateau ! If you're not familiar with that term it means no matter how hard you try, you just cant get below that weight you are at despite the fact you were loosing slowly and surely up to that point !So yeahh I never heard of this stuff and I am sure there are many of you that say, "hey come on its been around forever!" I went to my favorite sights that debunk myths such as this and was laughing at their answers but at the same time thinking wow this could work ! They all hated to admit it worked and had no side effects and the amount you took was up to you ! Now granted keep in mind these are writers who expose false claims and ideas and hopes for a product(s) and that's how they make their living so saying yes it works is not their norm !Now they did say some carbs such as simple carbs like candy and colas was not going to work with this ! ( I was like I have been on a diet forever and do not even know what those are!) They would only work on the complex carbs ! ONLY ? Do you know what this is ? ALL MY dear long lost friends I love so much ! Potatoes, Rice, Bread, Many Beans, And yes Beer ! They say only work on simple carbs,,,,I say a miracle. Too Good To Be true !So not to sound dumb but I guess it is , I said hey, "White kidney beans are cheap !" I have eaten a lot of not so desireable stuff and this sounds good ! Be cheaper to by some dry kidney beans and eat some every day knowing I could have my favs back ! But then I found out the amount you would have to eat is insane and off set the benefit because it's only a tiny part inside this bean that does it magic if I may call it that !So I decided to try and I went to BioScience first ! I was very happy they carried it and ordered it at once ! There are three reasons I chose them ! First and very important to me, is that they are in a FDA approved facility in the USA, meaning I do not have to worry what weird things people in other countries may have put in this pill (no disrespect meant at all) ! Second ,it is third party tested , meaning what they say is in this, has to be in it ! Third I have used products from other companies and found that Biso Science always has the most effective ingredients and work better than the others ! I am not sure why but perhaps it is a combination of number 1 and 2 above mentioned !So how did it go ? Don't laugh but I was so excited that I made my favorite Louisiana Red beans and Rice with smoked turkey sausage ! My order delivery date was matched perfect with this dish ! The carbs in this dish would make you faint ! I said aha lets put this to the test ! Guess What my delivery was delayed ! Mad as you know what and starving for my dish I chowed down any way ! After I was done I felt like I would explode and the next morning I cried as I recorded my weight and waist measurements. But one thing about good food like that, is it taste even better the next day and I only know one size when I cook that dish and its enough for three days if not more ( same thing with lasagna and spaghetti !) ! My delivery came and I took two of those pills and said lets put you to the test now !So that night I was very much excited because I knew the spices had time to really open up and this would taste divine ! I made a huge plate and was struggling to even finish half ! I was confused and said how could this be ? Then I remembered that this tiny little pill was suppose to make you feel full fast ! I kept looking at my plate only half way done and said really ? Even my spouse said what is wrong ! And the next morning wow, as I was glad I had air freshener on hand (TMI _SOrrY )! And guess what else? I lost weight !It has been that way now for most all I eat ! But I am not pushing it ! I am keeping my heavy carbs day twice weekly which is much better that before and that was never. Also I finally broke through my weight plateau as well as my waist measurements. It could be said for the sake of argument thatperhaps since I have avoided carbs so long is the reason works this well !? I read the other reviews and it said it took a while ! For me it was very very fast like day one ! I suppose with our metabolism and our own unique chemistry we are different in our own ways ! But this was my truthful experience with it as I have no reason to lie ! I always add my email address at the end of my reviews because I am not afraid to explain and talk extensively with anyone who has any doubts or questions about what I have stated ! I think the biggest question will be does it continue to work!? I will be taking them as long as it works so feel free to ask me !I can't tell you will have results as I did ! But what I can tell you is if you want to try, then please use this brand so you can make sure you took the true stuff ! The pills are super easy to take and I had no reactions except for needing more air freshener ! Well, I have to agree with the first reviewer I saw who said it was good for the waist and the waste. I got my order only 2 days ago and have been taking the capsules as directed. I generally eat low carb because I'm post menopausal and hypothyroid and it's hard for me to lose and maintain my weight. But, decided to "cheat" and eat oatmeal and some crackers. I have been more uhhh "regular" the last 2 days than I have been in a long time! As far as the weight goes, the jury is still out as I don't have a scale to weigh but my pants definitely fit a little looser already! The only side effect I've experienced is some little gas pains in my upper tummy but other than that, only positive! Will add to this review after a few weeks.

I would like to believe this is a good product because of all the good reviews, but I can say it is not for everyone. I have been using the product for a week now and I have GAINED weight each morning after consuming this product with my meal and did not have any bowel movements after my meal. I only have carbs in one of my meals each day so I took 1 pill with that meal the first two days and after the gains, I started taking two pills with the meal and still a gain the next morning. I can't afford to keep trying to see if this is going to work because these gains are ridiculous. I am just going to leave the carbs alone and stick to clean Keto.

As we all know as we get older, we may eat the same, but for us women in particular, all of a sudden a great deal of the time we end up gaining weight although things haven't changed. I have notice taking this product along with a vinegar supplement that I am loosing weight. It is slow, but it is working. I actually am beginning to feel my hips again. I had always been thin up until a few years ago and then things went array. I do not recommend taking Forsylyn with this, which I was including for awhile. I ended up with leg cramps. As soon as I eliminated it the cramps have now gone away. I would think if you want to rotate the two, that would be fine. I have been taking this now for two months. I do not like scales so I cannot tell you how much I have lost, but my stomach has even gone down. I feel healthier. Thank you very much for selling something that does the job. Not fast but does the job. They say if you loose to fast you gain it all back, unless you do an entire flush of you system and that is too hard for most people to do - no starch, sugar or salt and cut your meals in half really cleans you out and you drop weight very fast. Not for everyone. Thank you very much for having a product that works!!!
