Very potent vitamins and I appreciate the concentrations being so high. If I skip a day or two it is ok. Does not dissolve well straight out of the capsules in smoothies for people who dont want to take pills or cant take pills. I suggest dissolving the powder in warm water first then stirring it into smoothies if you prefer. Otherwise, great vitamins for daily consumption.

The product is fine. However, it arrived in a box with no packaging materials, so it rolled around constantly. When I opened the bottle several capsules were damaged and mineral dust was covering the rest of the capsules. I truly hope this is not going to be the standard for packaging from now on.

My reflexologist recommended this to me and I love it! I take this at night, along with another supplement suggested for the morning. I feel better, rest better, have more energy, and all around feel like a human again! It’s amazing how much your body lacks in much needed vitamins and minerals when a simple supplement can change your life!

It is not easy to measure the effectiveness of supplements. But, I can tell you that I have never caught cold or flu for the last 20 years since I started to take this mineral pills. They do work!

Good to get essential minerals and keeps you regular. Don't take too much.
