Great for nachos!
I bought this flour, added paprika and some cayenne pepper and mozzarella and rolled it out and baked it to make my own nachos.The recipe is online somewhere. My son is doing keto so it’s keto friendly.

Good replacement for normal flour due to carbs
I have started the Keto diet and this flour is suitable instead of normal flour due to carbs. So far it has worked well and I have made Keto bread with it and fried chicken using it.

Good for cakes, not for macarons
I bought this to make macarons with but it wasn’t the right kind. Not ground fine enough. It’s a good product though for making cakes and tarts. Made the best brownies substituting this for APF.

Handy jar
My first time using flour and I am very pleased with the quality. Baked chocolate Brownies and they came out perfect. Just ordered another one, and it comes in a handle jar.
