I have had this bag now for almost two years. First off let me say this is the best carryon bag I have had in three decades of using carryons. The style, fit, finish, function, and feel all are really great. Super functional, rolls like a dream and super durable. I normally do not review a lot of products unless there is a reason to. I felt I had to stand up for this company. I was forced to check this bag on a flight from Asia back home. It was snowy and cold out and I changed planes so I think my bag might of sat out in the freezing weather and then was treated bad and it broke. One of the sides had a big crack in it. I had this thing for over a hear and a half so I was not too hopeful but I read the reviews to see and many said they would not fix issues but I figured what the heck Ill ask. I sent in pictures and described what happened and without anything more they said ok, new bag coming your way. Less than a week later I had my new bag ready to go on the next trip. I say this often but I truly mean it. You really find out about a friend, coworker or company not by the good things but when things go wrong. I can tell you they really stepped up without any resistance or pushback just simply asking. Huge shout out to Level8 for that. They have become my bag of choice from here on out. Great Company, Great Product!!!!

I was unsure about this luggage when ordering, but liked the look and overall reviews. I have now taken it on multiple flights, thrown it in multiple Ubers, and rolled it through sidewalks, cobblestone, and gravel, and it still is going well. I like the simple, sleek look of it and the extra travel bags that come with it. I never need all the different bags but I do like the options. Others have mentioned that this luggage scratches easily, and while mine does have a few marks on it, they are not very noticeable. I expect it to get knocked around, and the last of my concerns is if it has a scratch from traveling across the country. The zippers and wheels feel like high quality as well. It's easy enough to slide into an overhead compartment, and if I have to valet check my bag because the plane is too small, it is an easily recognizable bag that I can grab and be on my way after they get them off the plane.

I got this 20 inch carry-on at the start of my international pilot job. It has now been used for hundreds of international flights. Coming up on 2 years now and still rolling strong. I don't even want to count how many miles of terminals, hotel hallways, and tarmac walks this has endured. The wheels have no sign of degradation and still roll smooth. From snow packed Anchorage to the dirt roads of Mongolia and literally everywhere in between. I always bring it aboard the plane as carry-on. And it only gets put below as gate checked on the very small regional jets. (I've seen too many lost luggage/extremely mishandled mishaps in my career to know that even bulletproof luggage WILL get destroyed) not from my company of course lol.Anyways, 2 years in, everything still works flawlessly from the zippers, to the TSA lock, to the drag handle. I have worn out the second dentent of the handle length adjustment to where occasionally when lifting it up one ore two stairs it will pop out and extend to the next length. (Its not designed to handle the vertical weight) I just use the actual carry handle for that task now.Of course it shows some wear with minor scratches from being tossed into countless shuttle vans and bumps into walls where some paint is swapped. I take a Magic Eraser to it every couple months and it's back to new looking.As for packing space, I don't use the included packing cubes as it allows that one extra day of clothes to be jammed in. As a pro packer who lives out of this suitcase, I get 7 days of summer clothes and 2 pilots uniforms in this easily. With enough room to sandwich my laptop when closing up for lots of protection beween it and a possible drop.It's paid itself off and then some compared to the $400-800 pilot go-to brand. Take care of it and it will take care of you!

I purchased the carry-on size in army green color for holiday travel. It included the 4 packing cubes which I found especially helpful since the suitcase itself doesn’t have as many store away compartments (compared to other carry-ons).With those cubes and the 2 main zipper compartments in the suite case, I managed a Jean jacket, a pair of Doc Martens combat boots, another pair of knee-high boots, clothes for a 4-night stay, and toiletries. The initial zip-up was stressful but the material gave way and allowed me to get by with that much.The handle bar is a pretty decent height (I’m 6’1) and the wheels gave a smooth roll throughout the airport. I even bumped someone else’s suitcase in my scurry through. No scratches or cracks on the material. The uniform make allowed for easy overhead storage when bins on the plane were almost full.Kudos to this masterpiece of a suitcase, I had one of the easiest holiday travel experiences in a while. Very impress and will look to purchase the remaining sizes soon.

I loved this luggage. It was easy to pack, and it rolled like a dream. It's a great color, and the zippers are good. Unfortunately, it dented on the very first outing. I hope it holds up and doesn't crack totally. I wanted to buy another one, but I am hesitant now.

I love this carry on piece. It's great. Simple. Unassuming. Good price and with the packing cubes, I'm able to fit SO MUCH stuff in there. I highly recommend this piece of luggage and plan to buy the large checked luggage piece soon.

Quality is there and the design is really nice

Although a tad expensive it is definitely a premium product.The wheels are perfect along airport floors although a bit noisy on pavements or anywhere outside really. The bags inside are brilliant. Even when I’m not using the suitcase I use the bags that came with it. Espeicallly the wash bag and the bag for cables. It’s great to have a bit more organisation when travelling and makes me feel a bit more confident I have everything I need too!I have comfortably managed to fit a few pairs of shoes and a weeks worth of clothes inside this suitcase so it is certainly my big enough for a short - medium length trip.It’s very lightweight too so you get much more of your baggage allowance when travelling which is perfect really!It feels quite robust and doesn’t feel like it would break to easy being thrown around or treated a bit roughly which I appreciate happens in airports.It does scratch a little easier than I’d like it too, but I’m not overly worried about that it’s just normal wear and tear for this kind of item.It’s very slick looking!I haven’t tried using this as a carry on luggage as the flights I’ve been on recently they have always asked if I would mind it going into the hold which I don’t. I’m not sure if it would possibly be too big along some dimensions for airlines like Ryanair/easyjet/Wizz air and I’m not keen to find out I’d rather just use a smaller bag and avoid the worry!It does look very professional and slick and makes me feel very fancy walking through an airport with it!
