Very easy to use for the value of your money. It works perfectly and easy to clean.

Everything I need to up my meat game. The last time I slow roasted a pork shoulder it was done to perfection and pulled nicely, but I needed to add lots of flavor after the fact to make tasty sandwiches. This injector changes all that. After watching a few videos on how to use a meat injector, I'm certainly not an expert but I learned that the whole process is easier but also more nuanced than I had thought. For those who are new to meat injectors, I highly recommend watching videos of a few cooks who explain the best ways to use this tool and how to get the most out of it.The injector comes with some kind of lubricant inside, which needs to be thoroughly cleaned out before use. Then it's just a matter of applying a little vegetable oil or fat to the silicone o-ring around the plunger before assembling the injector and filling it with marinade.I am surprised at the quality of this injector at this price. I haven't found any indication of whether the needles have standardized fittings, but I suspect one or two of them will need to be replaced at some point. Meanwhile, Happy BBQing.

In the past we've only used what we could find in our local grocery stores. The ones that costs generally around ten bucks.Give or take are made of plastic and fall apart soon after purchase.The one that we used last year died, as they all have, so we went and bought this one. Everything with this is made of good quality metal, cheap plastic anywhere.Even better, the diameter of the needles makes use all the easier, especially the largest one. There's absolutely no struggling to penetrate the skin and get inside where the marinade matters most.As for cleanup? These are much easier to clean those other cheap plastic ones that i've used in the past.I couldn't be happier with this and how it has succeeded my expectations and made holiday dinners so much easier to prepare.

I purchased this in 2021 and have used it many times. The only reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is that I have been unable to find a replacement for the large silicone o-ring. I am on the 2nd o-ring and it now has a tear and will fail soon. Without a way to purchase a replacement o-ring, this will render the injector useless. If I can secure replacement o-rings, I would change the rating back to 5 stars
