I like that the product doesn’t have fillers and all the ingredients are contained in 3 easy to swallow capsules. The ingredients are not only helpful with digestion but they are also anti-inflammatory and help regulate blood sugar.

I have been taking Apple Cider Vinegar before meals to decrease my glucose spike. I found these ACV capsules and love them for when I’m on to go or out of town and downing the liquid ACV is not ideal. Because I use liquid ACV at home, I do not mind the taste (I really don’t notice a bad taste) with these capsules.

I had been taking a gummie version of ACV that had several other ingredients including sugar that I didn't want. This product has other ingredients, but they are all greatly beneficial to me as I have had an issue with reflux with other products but not with this one. Very high-quality components that make this a great way to get ACV without side effects.

I drink apple cider vinegar all the time but my special needs sons can't stand the intensity.
