Really good form of magnesium to take during the day with food. High quality and no issues with this brand. I dont know why people are saying "horse pill size too big" literally the same size as most brands.

Good value for money
This magnesium malate supplement is a great value for the price and seems to be effective. The only downside is that the tablets are a bit large, which can make them harder to swallow. However, if that’s not an issue for you, it’s a solid choice for getting your daily magnesium!
