Absolutely delicious. The best gluten free cake mix around. I can add almond extract and it takes like a wedding cake. Add lemon and lemon juice instead of milk and it's a lemon cake. I highly recommend it. My family loves it also and they don't know it is gluten free.

Enjoy cake again! I was a bit worried that the cake might have turned out dry, because I read that gluten free cakes turn out dry. But the cake from this mix wasn’t dry at all! The cake came out with the right amount of moisture, and everyone loved it! Would definitely buy more cake mix from this company 🩷

SO yummy! I am always impressed with King Arthur's gluten free products. I buy their cake mixes multiple times a year for birthdays, etc... I have never tried their Confetti Cake Mix until now and I am in love! It tastes like vanilla, but also with a hint of lemon. Everyone is always shocked when I tell them the dessert is gluten free. I topped this with homemade strawberry buttercream. So delightful! Highly recommend King Arthur Baking products. You can't go wrong.

We have a 3 year old with Celiac disease... this cake mix is now a staple for all our family birthdays because how can you tell a three year old they can't have the birthday cake. Birthday parties are her favorite and this cake is so yummy. Pair it with a vanilla or chocolate frosting and its devine!Love this cake, its a lifesaver and most everyone that tries it can't even tell its a GF cake!

Ordered the 2 box at. I box was opened and cake mix was all over my items inside. Salvaged what was in the box. Couldn't do a partial credit or replacement and I needed 1 box ASAP. Cupcakes were yummy.

I’m rarely moved to leave reviews but this cake was simply delicious.We baked it in a circular springform pan, and maybe it’s our oven but we baked it a little longer than it said to on the box. Put it in the fridge after baking to cool off, along with buttercream frosting (purchased separately).This cake is super easy to make, has great texture and is flavorful (not bland or crumbly like some other GF baked goods). It was the perfect cake for our daughter’s first birthday. We aren’t a GF family, but we wanted confetti cake with no artificial colors, which left us with King Arthur.Super happy with this purchase - also we highly recommend other KA baking mixes. We’ve not once been disappointed!

If you have celiacs and you want yummy cake, King Arthur is the way to go. I love using this for cake mix cookies. It taste delicious and comes out great. It is incredibly dusty, fair warning! I think it's one of the flour alternatives, I wasn't expecting it the first time and I ended up coughing so much after and it looked like a cloud exploded in the kitchen and my face lol.
