Very nice! Hotter than I expected but they are great in chili and on eggs.

I get this every time I make Brats or summer sausage. Great flavor every time!

Hot dried jalapeños! I cook with these frequently, beans, chicken soups; very satisfied with quality.

I bought this to add to homemade smoked sausage and boudin. Its not too spice and rehydrates well. I was pleasantly surprised by the little amount of seeds. I used the whole tub between summer sausage, smoked sausage and boudin, and there was very little seeds. 10/10 recommend

I wasn’t sure if these would work for making bagels, but they turned out to work perfectly. I added a few tablespoons while the dough kneaded in my mixer and didn’t even have to rehydrate them. Made jalapeño bagels so much easier to make since I don’t have to worry about added moisture from pickled jalapeños or fresh. They softened up just fine and were not at all hard once my bagels were finished. Definitely will buy again.

Opening the jar, I get a blast of great fresh jalapeño smell. It’s just not very hot. I’m not disappointed though. It’s a good, fresh product that brings the flavor, if not the heat.

Very fresh dried jalapeno peppers. Open the jar and you can smell the freshness and the mild heat, before you use them.I am really pleased with this jar of dried jalapeno peppers. About a gallon kettle of chili requires about 3 tablespoons of thesedried peppers. This amount made this kettle of chili just right. What it hotter, add another tablespoon full.After making this chili using these peppers, you can't even tell any are gone from the jar. After using these peppers, I canfactually tell you that this jar is worth every penny of the asking price. First, if you can find fresh jalapenos this time of year,you would have to handle each and every one to get the seeds out, the stem, wash and dry them and then dice them up.Buy this jar and it's ready to use without all the extra work and you surely get your money's worth. Keep the lid on tight and storethem in a cool dry place, they'll be good 25 years from now. People this is a top of the line, first rate product at a very fair price...

Great flavor, not insanely hot but definitely hot enough. Came sealed. Would buy again for sure. I use it to make venison jalapeno cheddar snack sticks
