Hello, they are long handle brushes.

Q: Is there a list of what brushes are included? I need a 12 flat, 12 round and 4 round, I want to make sure this set has them before buying.

Yes, it does come with a 12 flat, 12 round 4 round. If you look at the pictures you can see the numbers and different types of brushes.

Q: Please somebody can help me, before i return this brushes back. some of the brushes (5) soft and the rest very sticht, hard like concrete. is normal ?

The bristles have to be loosened up with your fingers to get out the stiffness. Just bend them back and forth between your fingers and they will soften.
