Best leads I have purchased in 15 years
I was quite surprised to read in the product description that these leads were 1" wide. So ordered them and no kidding they are an awesome 1" wide, the 'ring' is huge so no fumbling to thread the lead and they are 6' long. Being in an Animal Shelter for 15 years I have ordered THOUSANDS of slip leads and was tired of the lack of description from many vendors, the flimsy 1/2" leads and only 4' leads. For the price and the fast delivery THESE will be our leads from here on out!!! My staff is thrilled with them as well! Thank you!

As Advertised!
I’m a Retiree and occasionally board dogs in my home, when people go on vacation and want their pups with a family.Occasionally an owner will inadvertantly leave their pooch here without a leash. Of course I have leashes of my own and use one of those to walk our guest. But if they show up without a leash to pick up and don’t have one here with their dog, I will send the dog home with one of these. It’s a nice long lead with vibrant color and is much sturdier than the ones at the vet. It would easily handle any small to larger medium dog. Good value at this price.

great quality, sturdy, nice colors
These leashes are fantastic. My new puppy had giardia when I got him. We had to keep him penned in the house and could only let him use pee pads for 2 weeks. This was confusing for him, so it caused all sorts of house training problems. We also wanted to always keep a house line on him when he wasn't in his crate. The result of these two factors was that he was always peeing on the floor and then dragging his line through it.So I needed a bunch of cheap leashes that I could use for the day (or for the hour!), then throw in the washing machine with oxygen bleach and detergent and hot water. These leashes have been soaked in bleach and washed so many times since I bought them many months ago! They hang-dry in about 10 minute,s, though I sometimes send them through the hot dryer. I was afraid that the metal would corrode but it's still shiny and perfect.I like the length and the material. I tied a second loop handle in each leash so that I could keep him on a very short leash when out in the neighborhood or when training him to heel. The knots stay tied even after laundering. The leashes have no stretch at all. The material on some leashes has gotten a little fuzzy, but even in places where my dog has managed to chew, it has not frayed or broken. The material softened with use and washing, so it's comfortable to hold even when my dog lunges. (I had to stop using a different leash when it gave me rope burn.)I also really like how lightweight they are. It feels like I'm holding nothing at all, but they hold my 56-pound energetic and crazy labradoodle with no problem. The light pink ones are looking a little stained now after having been dragged through the dirt. But other than that they still look great.

Perfect
I recently helped save a lost dog, and really needed a leash for him which I didn't have handy. I bought these leashes to keep in the car and the house in case the time comes again when I see a lost dog that needs help. These can be used whether or not they have a collar on. Hoping not to have to use them, but if I do, now I am better prepared. They are good quality and would work on a dog of any size. They are not super long, so if the dog is really big the lead will be short, but still I think would be able to save a dog.

Perfect for Random Dog Rescues
I keep these in the car, so I can use them to save a stray dog if I find one. I’ve found a few stray dogs before, and they’re difficult to help without a leash. I’ve given these to my family members too, so they can also keep the leashes in their cars to help rescue stray dogs. (Yes, we always call animal control, but they’ve stopped rescues during the quarantine and lockdown.) I’d highly recommend these leashes for short-term use.If you want to use these as an actual leash. Don’t. Buy your baby doggy a harness (although you can make these into a harness with some creative weaving.)

Simple but effective.
These leads were just what we were looking for to spread around the house to help us help our dog navigate. They're simple but effective. Good price, and nice bright colors. In some of the other reviews, people complained about them snapping. They seem sturdy enough to me, but our dog is about 30 pounds. If you're using them on a 75 pound dog.... you might have different results. As they are slip leads, you need to be careful to use them properly and to not choke your dog. If your dog puts on their brakes, don't use this leash to pull as hard as you can.

Simple is better
Keeping it simple is usually the best way to buy a slip lead that does the job right. I tried 2 slip leads before these. One was advertised primarily for its comfort. It was luxuriously soft (softest I’ve tried). Unfortunately it wouldn’t stay where it was place. As the dog moved so did this slip lead. The only “slip” should be in the way it’s put on and taken off. It shouldn’t slip once on the dog, unless you decide it should slip. Similar issues with other lead. But these slip leads are simple and efficient. Slip it around the dog’s neck. No slip beyond what is expected when placing around dogs neck. In other words you can control the dog.I use these primarily as training leashes. So having that control is mandatory. No need to look at the flashy slip leads. Sometimes the most simple slip lead is the best you can buy.

Good for a groomer
I work in a small grooming salon with an owner who is very stingy. I got tired of using chewed up leads for big strong dogs so I ordered these. I used on a young 90 pound lab and they worked great. Allowed me to have control while walking from one place to the next and he couldn’t slip out of them. They’re not being used for long term use, just to walk dogs from one room to the next. But they’re great for what I need!

Great leads
Great slip on leads. I am a dog groomer and I use it my salon when customers forget to bring leads for dropping off or collecting. Great for social distancing too. Even nervous dogs seem very happy with these leads. Highly recommend.

Wouldnt run a dog business without them
I'm a groomer and the number of people who drop off 3-4 dogs with no collars or leashes and then say "call me when your done" and leave me scrambling to gather up their beauties is alarming. These all in one kennel leads function as leash and collar. Slip on easily. Great quality/value. I've had some of my clients ask for one to keep and they use them as their main leash and collar now.

Light use only
I got these to hand out with pups. I am a breeder. I didnt realize how wide they were but have used about 6 of them and out of those 6, one came apart immediately at the handle. Not for use in traffic or outside fenced area ! Too bad. I had d others from ebay but cant get anymore. No problem with them.
