Does get hot but works well
I think primarily due to the construction, it doesn’t get very hot. You’re certainly not searing a steak with this. But it cooks well and imparts great flavour into the food.

Really good quality, bigger than thought it would be!! Even better can fit more meat in!! And seller sent it out super quick wasn't expected until next week! All round really pleased 😀
