For a small woman's leg, strap not velcro.
It is way to small for a man's leg. The strap is not elasticated and the strap is not velcro so will not hold. Zero stars.

Velcro fail
The velcro wrap around does not connect to anything other than the elastic strap. This means there is no secure fastening. I had to fit a velcro piece to the elastic to keep the article in place. Just bad design.
