There're a lots copper flakes come off after the 1st time clean by hand that make me really scare , but I still tried to fill water and leave overnight for moring drink which should be good for health but the next morning I poured the water through a strainer there're still some copper flakes on the strainer, I was totally disappointed.I ordered 2 cooper bottles for me and my hubby, I opened one to try, result was it's a fail product and I didn't know where I threw it after the first ,also the only one time used . Another one still in the box with original well packaging which is still on the shelf under my basement.The reason I didn't return the products because I've never ever returned anything that I ordered online any website even though the products were failed or I dislike , because I don't want to go through complicated process, email then waited and waited for the respond, I hated it .So if it doesn't cost much I rather take the loss myself and my mind is light and bright .

It is a very attractive looking water bottle, I get a lot of questions and compliments about it at work. I was looking for a healthy solid bottle, not clear or translucent, so people can't see what's inside. I add various things into my reverse osmosis water (lime juice, dark dr willards concentrate, ionic minerals), which make it look weird - lime pulp floating, brownish color etc. I am very health conscious, so plastic was not an option, glass was too heavy, most metal bottles are not considered ideal for water usage, except copper. So I chose this water bottle. The capacity is a little less than 33 oz, more like 30 oz though. But since they are hand-made, it might be varied between the bottles.

so excited to get this product. washed it, within a few hours the outside was all tarnished, looked inside and also tarnished contaminating my water. DO NOT BUY, CANNOT BE REAL COPPER, WASTE OF MONEY IF YOU PLAN TO USE IT. TARNISHED WITHIN HOURS OF WASHING ON FIRST USE.

Not real copper. Tarnished during first wash. Cooper flakes was coming off as soon as I opened the package.
