Reviewing for use on an adult not baby or child!Love the modus operandi of this product. Having used dozens of saline sprays this is probably one of the best ones I've used. Obviously the spray itself is like every other spray, but functionality wise, this is great. It really gets into those sinuses.

Great product. Very clever nozzle - you can position it 180 degrees. Very useful with small kids.Great customer service!

Needed nasal spray for my 11 months old as the other saline sprays/drops doesnt seem to work or even spray for example calpol one which my daughter wouldn't even allow me to spray inside her nose. But this particular spray has long nozzle its great for a wriggly baby. I sprayed my daughters nose just before using nose freeda or vacuum nasal aspirator it seemed to unblock it well just before sucking the mucus out. Also this item has arrived on the same day when I really needed it. Would recommend!!

I’ve used it once I bought it for myself for allergies but I don’t want to use actual medicine (drugs) as it’s not that bad, I only need a relief. This wee thing only got my nose more stuffed the first time, with the second use it gave me a weird reaction - see below, but the nose did in 5 min become a bit less stuffed, the stuffing it gave lol 😆 .Unlike the medicine nose spray stuff it doesn’t go through to the neck to clean, I feel it only sort of goes in the sinuses (or something up but not really through in the neck ?!) which for me is not the best, but not the worst. So it might do some tricks.I’m used to using these saline stuff for my nose and have another one but much smaller, from a different company, that works, only wanted something like this but bigger and found this.Now the negative bit I hint at earlier...Couldn’t give more stars because after use I got a very weird tingly sensation through my head and left side to the neck, then the feeling of swollen like the balloon fish does through my face. It’ll go away as it slightly feels going, but I wouldn’t use it again unless I really don’t have anything else in the house. Maybe it’s a coincidence but it only happened with this one and nothing else in the environment or my health at the moment could’ve given me this sensation.Take care when using. Maybe there are some ingredients we don’t know, maybe it’s just my case.Some days laterI’m not deleting the above as it could be a coincidence or not. But I did actually try it three more times as wanted to settle if it really harms me or not. Nothing happened these times. My nose would unblock in about 30 min tho and I’d get a weird sensation to my sinuses and through my cheeks when applying tho, as well as a weird neck sensation of closing in - although the water/substance doesn’t get to the neck. that’s sure. I would, for my condition, rather use something with medicine or the previous spray I had. But it’s very likely that this did no damage to my head that time. :)
