I have been looking for a mattress long time and at the end decided to buy this one. It was delivered on agreed day, was rolled up and in a box. This made it easy to carry it to the needed bedroom. There was a special cutter to cut the wrapping. Was easy to unpack/unwrap the mattress. It inflated very quickly. But as instructions suggests to leave it for a while to inflate fully I have left it for 24 hours. I was concerned that it might be uncomfortable at the beginning. But I could not be more wrong! I have not slept so well in long time! I have rheumatoid arthraitis and found that on my old mattress half through the night I would be waking up in pain with all body. I have not experienced this swith my new mattress. I have been sleeping on it 3 weeks now. I did not regret even for a moment that I have purchased this mattress. It is really comfortable. I feel well rested after night. No more pains. As it is high I do not struggle to stand from it. I do recommend this mattress to everyone who is hesitating due to the price, as this is worth each penny paid. I will not go into details what it is maid from as this can be found in descriprion. But what I will mention that it is flame resistant.

This is the second one I have ordered… my other one is 2 years old and still as comfortable as the day I got it… it is extremely high quality and probably the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned… love it!

Easy to unpack, left for 72 hours before unpacking, more a medium mattress so support not as expected however it is comfortable but I would have preferred slightly more firmness. I have no problem sleeping on it. It is a deep mattress so you'll need deep sheets. Would recommend.

I've only had this on my bed for a week but so far it's been superb. It's quite a firm mattress with a bit of give, so if you prefer a soft mattress this probably wouldn't suit you. It is very heavy so if you are on your own I would recommend having another person to help you move and unpack it. It comes with a proper box cutter so you can't damage the mattress when removing the plastic wrap; it's attention to little details like this that make me think a bit more highly of a company. So far I've slept very well which is important to me as I have a spinal condition and often struggle to get comfortable; this hasn't been the case with this mattress. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good night's sleep and the price is excellent value for money. I would certainly buy another one and recommend this to family and friends.

Was not sure about ordering the mattress without seeing it but glad i did. Bought the firm one with the biggest depth and it came in a box and rolled up tight. Plenty of plastic polythene protectin it. Gently cut the polythene with the supplied knife and it goes to its original size. Well made and very comfortable. Really happy with the price and delivery. Highly recommended.

Don't buy if you have knees and back issues. When the mattress was new I didn't have any pain, but after 6 months of use I started waking up with pain in my back and especially my knees! I think the springs have lost their firmness, because my body is sinking into the mattress.I think all the good reviews of this mattress are based on a few weeks of use. I'll contact the seller, and see what he says?There are not many mattresses of small double size on the market, they are either cheap or too expensive.

Diese Novilla Matratze haben wir sehr schnell gekriegt. Zuerst waren wir sehr skeptisch, wird sie doch in einem relativ kleinen Karton geliefert. Der Karton wog jedoch 20 Kilo. Vorsichtig habe ich den Karton geöffnet, danach eine Plastikfolie entfernt, hierauf hat sich die Matratze aufgeplustert! Sie ist wirklich 90/190 gross. Drei Tage liess ich die Matratze liegen. Am dritten Tag habe ich die Novila Matratze eingeweiht. Was für ein Traum! So gut habe ich noch nie geschlafen! Ich werde nun auch noch für den Rest der Famiie Novilla Matratzen bestellen . Die Matratze ist nicht so hart. Ich hatte davor immer noch einen Topper, weil mir die Matratze zu hart war.Den Topper brauche ich jetzt nicht mehr, das gefällt mir sehr gut. Ich bin super zufrieden.
