This shoe is exactly as it looks in the product description. It is light weight, soft, flexible and most of all comfortable. I don't use it for working out, but if you had to, I suppose you can use this for jogging or running. It does not provide a lot of support for your ankles due to it's softness and flexibility, so depending on it for ankle support for any other sport is probably not recommended.But for casual wear, it is an awesome shoe. The plumb color is really nice.

Ordered the VAMJAM Men’s Ultra Lightweight shoes. I jog/walk 5 miles daily. I’m a fan of the ultra lightweight models. No matter which brand I buy they always come delivered vacuum packed, but form up once you open the package, and these did. Look at the pictures. First time wearing them I walked/jogged 5 miles in 1.25 hrs. My feet felt fine afterwards. I’ve gone through many lightweight shoes, they last me 5/6 months from the heavy activity. I put a lot of miles in. They come with laces, but only need to be tied once to snug up on your foot and will be easy to slip on and off afterwards. Low price and they’re nice enough to wear out too. I’d recommend . 👟❤️🏃Update. I’ve worn the ultra lightweight shoes 5 days now doing a mix of jogging and walking for about 5 miles each day. My feet still feel fine and the shoes show no wear. The trails i take are a mix of gravel, blacktop and boardwalk. The shoes hold up. 💪
