First off liquid vitamins are notoriously famous for having a bad taste. This one however isn’t so bad! I will admit I was taken aback by the consistency of it. It’s a little on the creamy side like a smoothie so it really had me scared! As advised on the bottle I added 2 tbsp to a cup of some Tropicana juice & it blended in well..just tasted like juice. I’m only 2 days into usage so I won’t say my hair has grown 12 inches overnight lol..but I’ve had amazing results with another liquid Hsn liquid vitamin with the same ingredients & this one has MSM (which works wonders for hair growth) so I know it won’t disappoint.

A coworker of mine recommended this product so I decided to purchase a bottle. I was amazed at the great taste because you don't imagine a liquid vitamin tasting great but this product was very tasty. The price was ok but realistically I would rather continue with vitamins in pill form because it is more cost effective. If this product was cheaper I would switch to the liquid form but for the cost and the amount you get in one bottle, it's not worth it for me.

I wasn't sure if this really was working; I thought I noticed a difference, but I also really wanted to believe it was working :) I got my hair cut, and my hairdresser said "Wow...your hair has really grown..It's grown almost an inch since last time!". Needless to say I was so excited that she noticed a difference!I will continue to take. I think it's helped my nails, too. I've seen slight improvement in my cuticles and my nail beds are healthier.Sounds crazy, but I also think it's helped my eyelashes.I like it mixed with lemonade; it kind of cuts down the tartness, and I find myself craving it sometimes. It's hard to take just mixed in water, but possible.I think it's a product that requires consistent use for at least 6-8 weeks before seeing results, but do stick with it. If my hairdresser noticed such a difference, I'll continue to use. I'm hoping to see even more results with my nails.

Some reviewers commented on the flavor; it doesn't bother me at all to smell or taste it, I really don't taste anything when I drink it with juice. I drink 1 tablespoon with a small glass of juice or cold water daily, I can't emphasize the importance of taking this on a daily basis for it to work to its full potential. Another thing, don't stop taking it once you finish your first bottle and you have a full head of long hair again. I made that mistake once and I won't make it again. I have tried other brands of biotin and NOTHING compares to this. The biotin gummies that are out there are a complete waste of money, they didn't do a thing for me. This is the only thing that has made noticeable differences.

I started this stuff about a month ago. It hasn't been enough time to notice a major difference in my hair, but I tried to trim my nails earlier and they were so strong and healthy, they were difficult to cut. They have also been growing really fast. I usually have issues with hang nails and my nails splitting and snagging all the time, but this seems to be going away. My skin is also very very soft. I usually have soft skin, but now I feel like I have been taking a daily milk bath and using some luxurious lotion, and I'm not at all. My skin also seems more evenly toned and my complexion is nice. I don't normally have a big problem with that, but I recently had some hormonal issues and was breaking out more than usual and it has completely cleared up. That part could just be hormonal thing, but it just seems ironic. When I run my hands through my hair right at the roots it seems thicker than it did a month ago. Like I said, it's not a huge difference yet, but I think as my hair grows out I will notice it more. Basically, I think this stuff is awesome and I would recommend it to anyone. I already have been. It does not taste good, but that is no big deal to me. I can live with that. I lost a ton my of my hair after having my last child and after reading other reviews was helping that this would help and I believe it is. It's making my skin and nails awesome as well!! Win win!!!

I purchased two bottles of this product and have used it over a two and a half month time period. My first observation is that the liquid inside both of the bottles was clumped and nasty looking. No matter how much I shook the bottle, it didn't look mixed or what I would perceive to be normal.As many have said, the taste was not that good and the texture was not very appealing, so I used both bottles in my daily smoothies, which allowed me to drink it without the taste or texture bothering me.I have very long hair that has been thinning possibly due to my age. For the life of me, I can't understand how I'm not bald with the amount of hair I lose on the floor and in my brush daily. I thought that I would try this product in the hope that it would help with my hair loss and allow it to grow. I haven't really noticed any difference at all.

Very expensive, I'm not sure if it works by itself but I've used it with biotine tablets and another product with biotine. Hair thicker and stronger nails eye lashes starting to grow better.

Taste really strange with gritty pieces in it..don't feel good when I was taking it..made me feel ill..had to quit after 3 times. Have taken this in the past and no problems before..won't be ordering it again..

very, very good i can see it has worked on my skin, and nails so far.and after some time i hope to see what it does for my hair.
