Medicine ball workout quality
I already have my other medicine ball at home gym but I rate this NORDFIT Medicine Balls with Handles – 8kg best quality medicine equipment as it has Anti-Slip Surface for your hand grip. I used this medicine ball as arm muscle weightlifting or pull up/leg muscles strengthening workout exercise. It is very exhaustive tough.I am happy with this purchase.Best recommended buy
