Very disappointing and disgusting over the quality check during packing. Metally Amazon disappointed very much. I waited 3 days for my baby. During assembly, the child was so excited.. suddenly that parts are missing. I am packing for Replacement. My child is crying like anything. We purchase a product from you because of the brand name. Everyone purchases toys to make children happy... Here, Amazon and Luvlap failed to keep the brand value. This could be the last purchase from Amazon if the product isn't replaced by tomorrow. Received the first pack and within a day came to know that the height adjustment is jammed. Music buttons are not proper so continuously music is on after putting batteries..Returned & Got replacement.Replacement product was sent which was dirty and can make out that it's a definately some customer returned pack handed over to us. Within 10days the music stopped and now the feature of music is useless. Wheels of this pack is too smooth which is also a risk part.Writing about the product the body is good for baby to take it's load and they won't fall off. Easy assembled. Seat is ok like the foam is only at the back to rest and only left is cloth. Appearance wise attractive.

I cut one star as the product is a little bit with dust patches which didn’t go even on washing
