I have a couple other of these brushes, so they are located in various areas of the house. The cats are split as to liking them, a couple are in heaven when brushed and a couple are rather vocal in their protest. They still get brushed. The thicker pins work better on my longer haired cat, since his fur is rather thick. He isn't always the happiest about getting brushed but be able to eject the hair makes brushing him out much easier.

I've tried and reviewed a few different versions of the same style brush recently and this one just isn't up to par with the other (slightly more expensive) ones I've tried. It removed some soft fur from my cats, but not as much as the others, and does not remove coarse dog fur at all. It has a cheaper feel compared to the others and I couldn't get all the fur out of the brush in one click and sweep like the others either. It also kept getting jammed when I would release the button, and I found the culprit to be the side "bristles" bending and preventing It from clicking back into place (see photo). Overall I recommend spending the extra 5-10 bucks on a superior brand.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a great, sturdy brush. Easy to hold. My 18 year old skinny cat likes the feel of the bristles. The fine cat hair does not drop off the brush when you push it through, however, it does with the thick coat from my Chocolate Lab. I give this product a 10 out of 10. My cat let's me use it on him, definitely a win!3 weeks later, I love this brush so much. I have noticed a huge reduction in pet hair when dusting, sweeping and vacuuming my house. 100% Still!

The media could not be loaded.  This brush has two things which I would call mandatory: 1) coated bristles so they don’t scratch your pet’s skin, and 2) a self-cleaning button.A bonus is that the handle is ergonomical and has silicone grippies on the side so it’s really easy to hold. A lot of brushes don’t have that. So I would say this is one of the better brushes that you’re going to be able to find.See my video for a closer look.Hope it’s helpful.

I just got a new puppy that requires brushing and grooming. I saw this brush and liked how I was able to pick the small bristles. This is a nice quality brush. It leaves her hair soft and silky. It has a push button on the back that will push the hair up so you can clean this brush easier.
