I needed a fully sealed case to work in automotive shops and fabrication shops, as the dust and metal shavings always ruin my speakers and chargers, and that's the most important thing for me, which it does adequately. The issue is with its other drawbacks, you can't use your new expensive phone to its full potential--even though it's protected, you're not getting the full experience.The case is one of the cheaper full waterproof ones you can get. There's a rubber cover for the ringer rocker and that tore in about a month. Face ID doesn't work well due to the screen protector. There are small dots from manufacturing the screen protector, but that's so inconsequential--I've just heard some people mention it on other reviews of other cases so I wanted to make sure you know this case has them too, if that's an issue for you.Biggest issue is the camera quality goes down--The flashlight is not bright at all, the auto focus has some hard times now, and the volume is significantly reduced. This is half to be expected from a fully sealed case, but I do not recall previous lifeproof fre cases having these issues this much. I plan on getting a genuine fre for this phone later, and I will update accordingly to see whether it's worth the extra money.Screen protector cracked after about a month, but that could also be due to my own negligence.

Absolutely dust and water proof. The charger opening is too tight for my FLIR camera and wide charger ports. I still love it. Feels good in my hand.

I go to water parks often bc of my daughter so finding a good waterproof case is really important, and I've been constantly disappointed. After using the case on one trip so far, it's kept its promise of staying waterproof.No issues with wireless charging, so that's a bonus. Problem is that it's not Magsafe, so won't stick to my Magsafe car mount. It means I will always have to take it off after every water park trip and put it not (and it doesn't seem sturdy enough to survive just a few times - just opening it with a coin have left cuts and marks at the opening that you're instructed to put a coin in).If you don't use Magsafe you can keep the case on permanently and it should be good. But if you do use Magsafe, then this would only be a temporary case.

This case is great protection wise. Solid construction and after taking it snorkelling, can confirm it is completely waterproof. I experienced no leaks after hours of being underwater across multiple days.Then comes the issues. Using this case to take photos and videos, particularly underwater, is incredibly difficult. My iPhone 13 Pro was almost never able to focus and was constantly switching to taking a macro photo. I believe this had to do with the phone thinking the case itself was a nearby object and trying to focus on it for a macro photo. Even turning the auto macro off did not fix this. Underwater video was always in and out of focus and it was difficult to activate AF Lock with the case on. In the end, most of the photos and videos I captured were completely unusable.

I like the product…but the person on the other end of phone can’t hear anything that is said

I’ve dropped my phone a million times on a warehouse floor and while I’m hiking. Not a scratch. Get it.

The sound during phone calls was horribly muffled. I could barely hear the callers and the callers could not hear me.

I absolutely love the look and feel of this case but unfortunately I can't use it. Great case! Tempered glass screen, lovely design. Solidly built, just will not fit my phone because of amazon's search algorithms. I searched "IPHONE 13 MINI WATERPROOF CASE" and this came up in the results, so I bought it and paid the extra shipping to get it to my country because amazon's shippers don't deliver here and after all the waiting and extra expenses, it doesn't even fit my phone.
