I bought these for the benefits of the psyllium husk and other ingredients on my digestive system. I'm on day 4 of taking these twice a day and i've had an uncomfortable belly feeling all this time. It may be my body adjusting to the supplements but I won't continue much longer if the feeling stays.The pills are incredibly pungent of garlic. Even with preloading my mouth with water, downing the pills quickly and flushing with water my mouth still stinks of garlic. I have to brush my teeth straight after and chew gum to try and take the taste away. Also my fingers really smell bad after wards.

I'm really pleased with these all natural detox capsules. A definite cause-and-effect relationship.Success, where the glorious medicos had failed.They make no mention of this solution, because it is not on their official tick-box list.Try it, before going for risky internal explorations. (Also, investigate L-Glutamine).If it does not work for you, it is only your money lost. A++
