Hello! Thank you for contacting Clairol. When applying the Wella ColorCharm Liquid Hair Toner, the hair should be well-saturated. If you have long or thick hair, we recommend using two boxes. For best results, our ColorCharm Liquid Hair Toner should be mixed in a 1:2 ratio with our ColorCharm 20 Volume Developer. An allergy and strand test is always advised. We hope this was helpful!

Thank you for contacting Wella! We appreciate your interest in our products. How to use Wella Colorcharm Liquid Toner: Pre-lighten the hair to desired level before applying toner. Mix 1 part Wella Colorcharm Toner with 2 parts 20 volume Wella Colorcharm Developer. Apply to towel dried hair, then develop for up to 30 minutes. Check frequently to see if desired results are achieved. Rinse and shampoo.
