Bought a Second Pair
It's difficult to shop for certain items online, without being able to try it on there and then. Because custom-made insoles were too expensive I just took a punt on these.As soon as they arrived I switched them out in my gym trainers and I noticed the difference immediately. They were a bit uncomfortable but I got used to them quickly.They support my feet in all the right places. They don't try to reshape my arches, they just keep everything right. I felt I could train better in them and decided I needed some for walking about in my normal trainers so bought another pair. I now have one pair for gym/football and another for everyday casual use. I'm really pleased with them.

Comfy and snug
Nice, real nice. Obviously makes things a bit snugger too - main reason for getting mine, so if your shoes fit well already they might be a squeeze after these are in.....very comfy though and I'm very happy with them.

Didnt help with shinsplints
I bought these innersoles with the sole purpose to reduce or even stop shin splint pain. Although I felt no pain during activity afterwards I had even worse pain than I've had before. I would not recommend these insoles to resolve shin splint pain.They were however comfortable in use and have an interesting design. If you just need innersoles for sizing or minor support this is likely a great product but my needs were not met.

Really help with the pain
So comfortable and really seem to AV stopped the pain I was getting up my legs when working 12 hr shifts on my feet! Only had them a few days but noticible difference right away, hope they last a while as are more expensive than previous ones Iv had that also worked but weren't as comfortable as these, definately a good buy if they last a while which with the look and feel of them they seem good quality

Great value and quality
Perfect, great support, don't slip inside shoe, take shoe size down about a half size. Delivered in less than 2 days. Definitely recommended
