Great after knee injury and surgery
Great product, really pleased with it.Gel packs freeze quickly and are soft and malleable so comfortablely mould to shape of knee.The 2 packs are handy to have on rotation.Probably best used at rest as although it fits well it wouldn't stay in place whilst moving about too much.

Prerry good for short term relief
Pretty good for sitting down short spell compress. If you try to walk around it slips down. Ice packs don't fully freeze so get warm after about15-20 nins. Good product for the price though

Finger ice or heat wrap
Have used this cold wrap a couple of times with my finger it does help, it is easy to use.

Works great
Got this for my wife's knee, as she has pulled a ligament.It comes with two freezer packs which is great. The stap works well, but it doesn't work so we'll when walking.Would definitely buy again
