Really good ingredients
I have been taking these for 2 months now.The first month I didn’t really see much of a difference, but I’m going to give this product about 3months to see if it makes a difference as it can take up to 90days for some minerals to take effect.The second month I started to see a bit of a difference. In this month I have noticed my skin is more even and my pores are smaller. However, I have had a big breakout (this might be due to stress I am going through).Still, one month to go to see how my skin is from these.

Love all the ingredients in these capsules! Almost finished my first bottle and can see improvements in my skin. My face looks noticeably fresher and less dull, also keeping my pimples at bay. Lovely product.
