This does the job, although I don’t love it as much as my previous Babyliss hairdryer. It’s great to handle - lightweight and comfy in the hand - and the air speed is fine. My previous Babyliss hairdryer was an ionic, which perhaps is why I like this one a little less.

Just had this delivered today and it’s ideal.Lightweight and does what it says on the tin!Really impressed too that there was absolutely no plastic packaging - all recyclable paper and card and Amazon delivered in a paper package too

I bought this for my mother; she says that it looks quite fancy, and is much faster and quieter than her old hair dryer. Good quality for an affordable price!

Needed to replace my old dryer after dropping it, meant the vent grill wouldn't stay in place anymore.After buying & return two other dryers this week:1) a Remington, that was too big & heavy for me to hold at head height for long enough & its weight felt imbalanced.2) a Philips, that specified lightweight & seemed ideal, but then I realised the power lead wasn't long enough (length not specified in its product details).I felt more intensive research into my choice was needed & this dryer has it all. It's lightweight, yet robust & has a good balance of weight in its body for me to hold raised for the time needed & a cord that's long enough to reach from the mains to where my mirror is 😁 Comes with cable tie attached to the lead if needed.No plastic packaging! 👍No gimmicks with this dryer, just the functions & specifications I needed.Would highly recommend!

I bought this a couple of years ago, a replacement for a Babyliss that had clocked up well over a decade of use. It is still going strong, drying my long, thick hair in just a few minutes. I used to have a super fancy hairdresser - celebrity clients that flew him around the globe - and he told me that these were the best hairdryers. He always had expensive brands, but he said it was all for show - he would have had one of these for preference, especially as he was constantly having to replace the much more expensive versions. These just keep going, the heat is as high as it can go without damaging your hair, and very important for me, it is light and doesn't make weak muscles ache over a 10 minute blow dry. I'm just not tempted to buy the fancier brands.
