Used for ham and peas pasta! Nice and thick pasta

I have ordered this pasta multiple times and am finally leaving a review. It’s quickly become a family favorite. We often do family dinner on Sunday. I make homemade red sauce, my dad it Italian. Both my parents and kids request this pasta. It consistently cooks perfectly and has a nice texture. It’s a nice switch from the traditional spaghetti pasta.I do find I need to cook it longer than recommend time for al dente. I set timer for recommended time and then check every couple minutes to see if it’s done to our liking.

Love this pasta, use it in all kinds of pasta dishes.

I saw a YouTube chef make a baked lasagna dish using mafaldine pasta.That got the gears in my brain working on overdrive.Only problem was I couldn't find mafaldine anywhere, so thanks Amazon.Yes it was a bit more expensive than regular pasta, but it was worth it at the end of the day.What I ended up doing was make Kenji's red sauce, I then cooked some ground beef, and used half of the sauce to make a meat sauce.I then made a ricotta mix, and created this lasagna ish concoction of a dish.Afterwards I'd spoon out the pasta with ricotta, and then topped it off with some of that red sauce.That dish did not last 24 hours between 2 people.So yes I VERY much recommend.

These noodles held up very well for a crockpot lasagna soup dish very hearty!

This is our favorite pasta and Anna’s is a very good brand. You cannot buy this type of pasta in stores.

I had to purchase these online because where I live they don't have a lot of Italian stores so you can't get the more oddly shaped noodles. However it was way too expensive and I probably won't be purchasing these again.

My favorite pasta that stores don't even carry.
