HP laserjet P2015

I had a printer exactly the same as this which went expensively faulty; but I had lots of ink etc for it so wanted a cheap second-hand one to use up the materials. This has proved a very good buy indeed.

For the price ... good. Was hoping for slightly denser black print since this was bought for printing out printed circuit board patterns for subsequent etching. Haven't used it in anger yet so time will tell. However, as a bog standard printer ... no problem!

Love the printer - now that its working, but hours of frustration to install it. Does not come with instructions.

This machine was bought as new, but the marks on the machine clearly indicated it was a pre-used item.

Thos was a replacement for a P2015 I had had for about 6 years.This printer works OK although printing C5 envelopes more error prone than previous m/c. Also rather noiser and has a slight squeak (not sure if mechanical or electrical) when printing.

I have now ran this printer for over 5 years. It is a great black and white laser, reasonable print speed and economical to run. Despite periods of heavy use, the toner last and last. For simple black and white printing, I would buy this printer again. I have used it plug and play on numerous computers... windows XP, Windows 7 and I'm pretty sure (despite other reviews) it was plug and play on Vista too. As I now have a colour laser, this now sits in my office and easily handles printing of hundreds of pages per day. Very reliable.

fast and good, simply setup with the mactho the roller may slighty damage the paper sometimes.but all is well
