Great Bike
Joroto X4S Exercise BikeI have owned this Exercise bike for over 3 months, and purchased it for rehabilitationfor a leg injury and general fitness. After spending several months researching different bikes of all price ranges and stylesI came to the conclusion that magnetic resistance bikes were a best bet for low maintenanceand longevity but prices ranged from around £300/1000 for the most popular & reviewed bikes.Joroto bikes and fitness products seem to get very good reviews on the likes of Amazon & YouTube, so after seeing this bike advertised with an £100 discount and appeared to look similar and have the same features as a bike by Schwinn which was almost double in price, it seemed a No brainer to buy it.The bike was easy enough to assemble after watching the video plus minimal instructions and took me just under an hour to assemble due to my injury, but could easily be done in 30mins by a competent person. The bike is sturdy, solid has great build quality & looks really nice too.First thing I noticed when able to use the bike was (as many others have stated) how quiet the belt drive of the bike is when peddled, so you can use this bike in a shared house or apartment, late or early hours without any worries (my breathing was louder than the bike. lol)The adjustability of the handle bars & seat are simple enough, but there is a knack to the locking leavers used to alter the forward/back of the seat & handle bars, so the leaver doesn’t get in the way or stick out when tightening. The Digital monitor is really good imo. All the information you should need is displayed on screen with the choice of the metrics scanning through or locking on to an individual setting. The Bluetooth interface connects with no issues to my Coospo heart rate monitor and iPadwith most apps connecting and working well especially Kinomap which is compatible with the bike so displays your Speed/Power/Cadence/Heart Rate, though i will say that I am yet to try the zwift & Peloton apps. What i like the most about this monitor, is that you don’t really have to use any apps and can just use the timer with the metrics and adjust the resistance strength to suite.I also want to give some credit to Joroto’s customer service. A few days after purchase I received a message through Amazon, asking if I had received the bike and if everything was ok with it and to reply back if there were any issues. Tbh it was nearly a month before I was able to assemble the bike and I did have few minor issues regarding the resistance display & warranty registration on the website. Keeping in mind that their CS appears to be based overseas in china, I was impressed on how quick I got multiple replies on Amazon and through email regarding the time difference from the UK.So the previous Reviewer on Amazon who says that the customer service is poor and non existent is a Liar, as it does exist and I found it really Professional as others have mentioned. So I want to give thanks to Aria & Hanna, the two operatives that replied and help sort out all of my issues including sending me a link to a calibration video. On conclusion, I want to say that the bike is excellent quality and value for money when compared to other bikes in it’s range & class like Echelon, Schwinn/Bowflex & Proform to name a few. The only thing I couldn’t get used to was the slim Racing style seat which i found too hard & uncomfortable so i replaced it with a larger more cushioned Bikeroo seat.Apart from that, i believe you are buying an IC4/8 or C7 for near half the price, so don’t hesitate to buy this bike because you won’t be disappointed.

Almost Excellent
The bike is great - well made and sturdy. The mechanics are smooth and quite. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 are a) - its not really great if you are as tall as me (6'3") - the seat and handle bars could do with going higher (possible to fix, but a bit of work required), and b) the pedals and seat are a bit cheap - although these can both be replaced with standard parts.. Good overall..

Fantastic bike with a great price.
I got this when amazon where offering 100 pounds off. But to be honest it's worth the extra 100Pros:1) very easy to set up. It took me about 40 mins. But I am slow with assembling things. This is the first product I've bought where they've labelled the tools and given u all the tools ( including an alan key with a phillips screw head. )2) pre emotive support. For me this is a large purchase. I received an email from joroto telling me how I can get support.3) the bike is very sturdy and receptive. It feels premium.4) the machine has improved significantly. Whilst I'll be using an app it's good to have everything on the screen.5) apart from you panting, fighting for breath ( pressuring you're unhealthy like me) the machine is very quiet.Cons:1) the pedals are uncomfortable. If you want to ride barefoot then you'll struggle. But it takes a normal bikes pedal so you can easily replace them.2) the fitting of the handle bar is a little loose. Not a fault and doesn't make it unsturdy. But it's noticeable.3) no heart rate monitor; I know I'm being a bit greedy wanting a heart rate monitor but it's the only thing it's missing.4) slight one but the screen times out quickly it would be good to have the ability to change it in the settings.Things to consider:1) it's very heavy. I assembled it on my own but if you can get a second pair of hands.2) the instructions are easy to read. But one change I'd make is put the weights holder on first then the seat as the other way round means you have to re adjust3) if you have carpet or expensive lino get something to protect the floor. Amazon do sweat mats but I use a 4 pound yoga mat and it works fine.4) don't forget to remove the stoppers on the wheel before exercising. It's not included in the instructions. If you have common sense you'll be fine but if you're like me it'll trip you upGreat bike at an affordable price.

Brilliant bike
The media could not be loaded. I spent quite some time looking for the right bike for me, looked at loads of reviews on most of the platforms, I finally took the plunge and opted for the Joroto X4S and up to now it was the best decision I’ve made, it’s an absolute doddle to assemble, in fact it took me longer to unbox it! Once assembled you can get started straight away, I’m not sure how accurate the display is, but for me it’s fine, I’ve set mine up so the back light is on constantly whist in use, it was a little difficult to see without it, the tension control works well, and it’s really quiet when in use, I left the dumbbell bracket that fits at the rear of the seat off, I wouldn’t use it, the seat is also really comfortable, which had a lot of negatives on the reviews, I honestly can’t think of anything negative to say, I’m really chuffed I went for this, it suits me fine, there’s loads of adjustment on the seat and the bars, I’m 5’10” and once I got all the measurements sorted there’s still some to play with, the build quality is great as well, all in all a great bike.

Good spin bike
Good quality, easy to assemble and really comfortable to ride. In no way a criticism, but the blurb says suitable for those up to 6'4". I am 6 foot and had to put the seat up to the maximum height.

Good, sreen stopped working after 8 months. However customer service good in dispatching a new one
Good to ride, but after 8 months the display has stopped functioning. Making it very hard to know distance or resistance. Would expect more durability for the price. However customer service good in dispatching a new one
