Clip doesn't hold onto air vent
I tried to clip it to my air vent. With the added weight of my iPhone (no case), it fell off. I tried it attaching it to the vent slat and to the vent 'handle' that is thicker, but it fell off every time. It might work with the base when stuck to the dashboard, but I didn't want to stick anything like that on. So I am returning it.

Charger gave out after 2 months
Charger stopped working after 2 months. Also the swivel became super loose so the phone just flopped around. Horrible design.

Ring comes of easily
Strong magnet, fast charging, but the ring came off easily. I don't want to glue the ring to my phone.

Quick Charge, And easy to use
Initially i had trouble with understanding how the product works as i am not a tech savy person but atlast managed to work around it. Excellent phone holder as well wireless charger.Was supplied with quick charge adapter and cable and 2 metal rings. Wasted one mainly due to my own mistake as i stuck it on an asymmetrical phone case but later i stuck the second ring directly on the phone back and it worked like a charm and hold the phone well. Highly recommended item. Provides fast charging on the go. Works best at an angle as sometimes when the hone is held straight, gravity kicks in to pull it down disrupting the charging but this is fixed if phone is held at an angle.

This is not a fast charger despite the name. Does everything else well but no matter the voltage input, only charges at normal speed.

Poor design
Poor design. There is no way to tighten the ball. As soon as you put your phone on it tilts down. I cannot use it.
