Round Food Dehydrator Sheets by Simply Homey, 12.5 x 12.5-Inches, 6-Pack Flexible Reusable Non Stick Teflon Sheets

Sheets are thin and flexible, approximately the weight of a manila folder. Edges can be folded in or trimmed to customize fit. These sheets work well for dehydrating chili and stews for backpacking as the liquids don't leak through. They would also work well for fruit leathers, fruit, and vegetables. Cleanup was fast. Manually folding the edges up helped to create a liquid barrier for thinner soups.

I am using these with my gourima dehydrator. Since its different brands it is not an exact fit but it's pretty close. Food does take longer to cook if you use these (about an hour longer) but I think its worth it for the ease of cleaning. Depending on what you make you will see stains even after rinsing it but nothing too bad. I use it for beef jerky so you can see oil spots from then marinate but nothing too bad.

I make freezer bag meals for hiking/biking and these work great to keep the small items or shredded items from falling through. They are also great for dehydrating thicker sauces such as tomato or cheese. Unlike the fruit leather trays these seem keep the dehydration process more even.

I bought these because there aren't enough clear plastic sheets that came with my dehydrator. I tried to make my own out of window screening, but that didn't work out as well as I'd hoped. These do. No food falls through, everything is dried, so easy to clean up. If you do a lot of dehydrating, these are worth the investment. Like so many of us, I've rediscovered my dehydrator because of the pandemic.

These work great! I make dehy tomatoes and they don't stick like they do with wax paper or parchment and they are easily washed and reused.

"Never clean your trays again" is a bit of an exaggeration, but it's really close! I guess if you were extra careful not to let any of the food close to the edges it would be true. The food will not drop through the trays (so annoying when you are drying more than one type of vegetable and want to keep them separate). So easy to clean up after you are finished. This is one of the few things I would buy again immediately if for some reason they were damaged. I have dried numerous veggies and fruits and made salt free vegetable bouillon using these. Love 'em!!

bought these so I could make cherry roll up's they worked great the first time peeled off real smooth. tried them again and all the fruit stuck to the sheets. they work better for doing jerky not roll up's.

I order these and then returned them. The lip on the sheet is not very big. Unless you are using these with a thick paste this is not going to hold any liquids. I wanted to make my own dehydrated eggs, milk, and sour cream. These were not a good fit.
