Solid all around full spectrum vitamin E product (all 4 tocopherols + all 4 tocotrienols). I like the extra gama-tocopherol in it which makes up for its depletion by taking alpha-tocopherol. I keep mine in the fridge as I do all oil or gel capsules (like fish oil, vitamin A, vitamin D, etc) to prevent oxidation (loss of potency or rancidity).The only con I can think of is it’s a fairly large gel capsule so that could potentially be an issue for people who have trouble swallowing larger pills.

I feel it's always best to ingest vitamins and minerals in as natural a form as possible. Regarding Vitamin E, this would mean eating organic, non-GMO high quality food sources such as sunflower oil, safflower oil, nuts, high-value green leafy veggies such as spinach, turnip, beet greens, collards, dandelion greens, etc., avocados, asparagus, broccoli, and pumpkin. Finding such quality foods freshly harvested and nutrient rich at reasonable prices is becoming inreasingly difficult. So I supplement. Regarding Vitamin E, I've used a number of Vitamin E supplementation products in both liquid, gelcap, and other forms, including those from Solgar, Thompson, NOW, and others, as well as other forms of Vitamin E from Jarrow itself. This supplement from Jarrow, containing all 8 members of the vitamin E family (hence it's name),works best for me. Perhaps it's because this supplement is particularly rich in gamma tocopheral and tocotrienols and therefore avoids some of the problems people find sometimes with the supplements containing excess (or only) d-alpha tocopheral. I take it along with a Vitamin C supplement because I find for me, the two work well together, seemingly benefiting from each other's presence. What I particilarly notice is faster return to normalcy in muscle tissues after exertion, better skin, improved digestion, improved resistance to colds, better circulation, and better overall neurological function including more clarity of mind.

I like this formulation of Vitamin E by Jarrow. I supplement with a lot of Jarroow products and never had any issues with them. Balanced tocotrienols with several added antioxidants including pantithene. These are large gelcaps that are easy to swallow. If you do not want any GMO soy, this won't be for you, however.

Jarros makes great products. So I was not surprised they came up with this family of Vitamine E that is easily absorbed easily swallowed. No burp. I knew that I was low on vitamin E, and this is very effective. I also like the value for the money.

This product has both tocopherols and tocotrienols with not too much of d-alpha tocopherol (60 IU), which is counter productive even dangerous when taken in large amounts. Jarrow is a respectable and quality brand too.Did I notice any improvements? It's hard to tell with any nutritional product unless the impact is sudden and drastic. However, I'm strictly going by the available research out there unless proven otherwise.

It's been determined by science that if you decide to take Vitamin E supplements, it's most effective to take the complete Vitamin E. This is that and an excellent choice. The label on the bottle lists what is considered the complete ingredients in an effective Vitamin E product.

I knew Jarrow Rogovin personally in the '70s when he owned a health food store on Santa Monica Blvd. in L.A. His integrity was and still is of the highest quality, and so are his products. This E is so good, I can feel its affect, and there are few products that I can say that about.
